Hello and welcome.

My name is Michelle and I'm so happy you're here with me today.

The purpose of this meditation is to sit with the anxiety that we find rising in our body.

You likely found yourself here as you're beginning to experience the symptoms of panic or perhaps relentless worry or even need space to simply calm your thoughts to a place of stillness.

Mantras are a way in which we can refocus our mind and help settle us amongst the racing thoughts and bodily sensations that accompany anxiety and worry.

For this practice I will be reading a mantra and then reading it again perhaps allowing you to repeat the words either in your mind's eye or aloud.

Noticing any changes in your breathing,

In your body,

In your thoughts and noticing the mantras that resonate with you most deeply.

For it is through this that we can find stillness.

Thank you so much. This is what I needed right now. And it helped me, a lot. It's early morning and I woke up to my Boss's mail that skyrocketed my anxiety. Listening to your affirmations, I feel so calm and in trust. I'll go read the mail now. Thank you again. πŸ™πŸ’•πŸŒΈπŸŒΈ
