So I just want you to really allow yourself to get comfortable.

So maybe you're sitting down or you're laying down and really allow yourself to feel into the easefulness of your body.

So there'll be parts of the body that kind of are holding.

So find the parts that are really beginning to feel easeful and allow that sense to expand.

You might want to close your eyes and just begin to really notice the movement of your breath.

There's a real lift and fall of your breath,

So just tuning into that.

And really notice your out-breath.

There's a sense of dropping down.

So really allow yourself to feel that sense of dropping down of your out-breath because it's inviting different parts of your body to settle.

So just want you to notice the shoulders,

So maybe noticing your out-breath in the shoulders.

Maybe in the jaw and the backs of the eyes,

Just really allowing yourself to arrive to this offering.

Just offer that sense of dropping down the out-breath into the chest.

So you're really noticing that feel of dropping down in the chest.

It's just allowing it to be a little bit more open and allowing that sense of openness to expand as you breathe in.

Really allow your breath to deepen.

So as you're breathing in,

You're really allowing that sense of openness to expand into the whole of your chest and the back of your chest.

And just offer that sense of openness into the belly,

The bowl of the belly.

So really deepen your breath into your belly,

Just letting it know it's safe.

It's safe to just let down and be.

And as you breathe in this way,

You may really choose to have some really long out-breaths which are like sighs,

Like yes,

Okay,

I'm here.

Offer that sense of openness of sighing into your hips and your legs,

Into your feet,

Really grounding into your physical body,

Acknowledging Mother Earth beneath you,

Just energetically beneath you.

You just scan through your body to see if there's anywhere else that would really welcome this sense of letting down and being,

Maybe the arms,

Hands,

The whole of the spine from the back of the neck right down to the tailbone.

Just explore if you can,

Bring some softness into the face,

To the cheeks,

The nose and space around the nose,

The forehead.

Softening the sides of the head and the crown of the head so there's an energetic sense of softening.

And just let your awareness just hover at the crown of your head so you're just noticing that space.

I want you to imagine at the crown of the head there's this large raindrop and it's got the word relax written in it and it's made up of that feeling of just letting down,

Letting be,

You can give it a colour and then just allow that large raindrop to slowly move through your crown,

Through the third eye and the throat,

The heart,

The solar plexus,

The sacral womb area and then your root,

Down through the tailbone into the earth,

To the core of the earth.

Just feel that pulsation of your breath,

How it meets the earth beneath you as you breathe out.

And just really allowing the silent words,

Silent intentions to echo through your being.

May I be happy,

May I be peaceful,

May I be contented.

As you rest in this way I want you to really imagine that you're being held by a blanket of kindness.

This blanket is draped around your shoulders and it's kindness itself,

It's really allowing the body to sigh out.

A blanket of kindness maybe made of different colours.

Just really allow your body to receive that.

So you're receiving it in the shoulders,

In the whole of the back.

Just offering it to the heart and the belly.

Really allow that feeling to move into different parts of the body,

That feeling of kindness.

Just whispering into your heart,

It's okay.

I need to rest in this way,

To really notice the depth of my being.

As you rest in this way I want you to really reflect on the word,

Safety,

Just feeling safe in your body.

So it's really when we don't have our guard up but it's like this,

This feeling of kindness.

There's an open curiosity to whatever arises.

There's something very solid in the feeling of holding yourself in this way.

And you didn't have to create it,

It was already there,

You're just connecting to something that's already there.

Just connecting to the different things that make you feel this way.

So it might be certain images or smells and textures,

Certain people being in nature,

Being with a loved one,

A pet.

So those things remind you of this feeling within you.

The feeling itself can exist within you,

Independent of those things also.

Those things reflect you and direct you back to this feeling within you.

But it was always there,

Just waiting to be noticed.

Taking your awareness to your heart space.

So you might choose to place a hand at the heart space or take that part of you that notices into the centre of the chest.

And there's a real softness in that noticing,

So you're observing through the lens of kindness itself.

And as you rest at the heart space,

I just want you to allow your breath to be at its own natural pace and rhythm.

So you're really allowing yourself to be breathed.

The breath is just occurring all by itself.

And we're just going to redirect that breath just energetically in the heart space.

So I want you to imagine that your in-breath comes in through the front of the chest.

It leaves at the back of the chest,

The softening in the back of the chest.

So breath in through the front of the chest.

And it leaves at the back.

And if you feel this area needs that sense of softening,

You can deepen your breath just to support that gentle opening of the heart space.

So the heart space,

The heart chakra is very much the element of air.

And as we breathe in this way,

We allow that flow especially through the back when we breathe out.

We don't need to hold on to things that don't serve us.

You can hold a lot of grief in this area as well.

It's okay to breathe it out.

You're held by your blanket of kindness.

We're in the quantum space of the healing knowledge.

We're sitting in community,

All allowing ourselves to release what no longer serves.

As you breathe in this way,

Maybe that breath has a certain color,

A nourishing color.

Allow that to move through your heart space.

And this time I really want you to,

When you breathe in,

Really allow that breath to refill up the heart space.

So take a deep breath in and then we hold the breath in the heart space.

And just like we swill water around in our mouth,

I want you to imagine that you can swill that prana,

That chi,

That energy around in the heart space as though it's clearing it out.

And as you breathe out,

Just let it move through the back of the chest.

So it's leaving the body.

It's just being transmuted into pure energy.

And doing that again,

Just breathing in through the front of the chest,

Holding the breath,

Swilling that energy around in the chest,

Just noticing places where it might feel quite dense in there.

Just really swill that energy around and the color.

And breathing out through the back of the chest,

Just releasing.

One more time,

Breathing in the color and the prana,

The energy into the heart space,

Holding the breath,

Swilling that color,

The energy around in the heart space and just really just saying,

I love you,

I love you to yourself,

I love you.

Breathing out when you're ready through the back of the chest,

Just allowing the words,

I love you to keep echoing in the chambers of your heart and your soul.

Taking in one more deep breath into the heart space,

Holding the breath,

Allowing that ball of energy,

That nourishing light to really brighten up the heart space.

And this time when you breathe out,

I want you to breathe out as though you have wings in your back.

When you breathe out,

Those wings begin to spread wide.

One more time,

Taking a deep breath into the heart space,

Filling it up with a ball of light,

Holding the breath.

And as you breathe out,

Slowly allow that breath to expand into wings in the back of the chest.

Just do this a few more times,

Breath in,

Expanding the light in the chest,

Breathing out into your wings.

Just do this a few more times,

And as you breathe out,

Your wings might even kind of flutter.

See how wide they can get as you breathe out.

Last one.

Just gently in your heart space,

Just setting your intentions for yourself,

For your family,

Your community,

For the earth,

For these heartfelt intentions.

Just allowing them to ripple out into the earth and beyond.

Taking your awareness down to the belly now,

Maybe even placing your hands on the lower belly.

Breathing in and nourishing light in that space,

Just swilling around the in-breath.

So you take a breath in,

Allow it to swill around.

And as you breathe out,

Allow that to fall into the earth as though they're roots deep into the earth,

Allowing the energy that you no longer need to drop into the earth to be recycled.

Breathing in and nourishing colour,

Holding the breath,

Swilling it around.

As you breathe out your energetic roots,

Your connection to the earth,

Your physical body strengthens this feeling of safety.

Releasing what no longer serves and as you connect to the earth,

You really allow yourself to receive the energy of the great mother.

A few more times,

Breathing into the lower belly,

The pelvis,

The tailbone,

Swilling that colour around.

Then as you breathe out,

Offering it to the earth,

A symbol of release,

A symbol of grounding,

A symbol of receiving the energy of the earth because you are a child of the earth.

You are loved and you are held.

Offering your prayers to the earth,

Receiving her love,

Awareness now at your lower belly and your heart space.

So you might even place a hand,

Keep a hand at your lower belly and the other at the heart space.

Gently breathing your breath into your heart space and as you breathe out,

Offering it to the lower belly,

Your sacral and your root.

Allow the in breath from the root and your sacral area to come back up to your heart space.

So it's just creating a circle.

In breath at your heart space,

Out breath back down to the root.

In from the root up to your heart space,

Breathing out to your root.

Just allow one more cycle where you breathe into your heart space,

Out to your root and then back into your heart space.

Silently repeating inside as though it's echoing into every single cell.

All is well.

All is well.

I am loved,

I am safe.

I am enough.

Just resting in the natural movement of your breath.

Just really committing this sense of safety,

Feeling at home in your body to cellular memory.

It's your birthright.

Just resting the next few minutes in this space.

God Bless.

It is noticing the natural flow of your breath.

Giving gratitude to yourself for showing up for yourself,

Showing up for the earth.

Holding this vibration on this planet.

Beginning to deepen your breath.

Before you feel the weight of your body.

Become aware of your eyelids.

Really notice the transition from that inner space to when you open your eyes,

But allow that feeling to pour forth into the space that you're in.

So there's no kind of disconnect between them.

You can live from this space,

This space of deep connection.

Deep kindness towards yourself.

It's not just something that happens when you close your eyes.

You bring this vibration into the world through you,

Through your actions,

Through the felt sense in your body.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.

Peace.

You.

You.

You.
