Allow for your hands to fall softly in your lap.
And closing your eyes when you're ready.
Let's start by taking three deep breaths together.
Deep breath in through the nose.
Filling your entire body with breath.
Suspend at the top.
Hold.
And exhaling out through the mouth.
Releasing any stale air that lives there.
Take a moment to feel your connection to the earth.
And together let's take a deep breath in through the nose.
Absorbing all the deep rich nutrients from Mother Nature,
Pachamama.
Filling us up.
Hold at the top.
And exhaling everything out.
Giving your heaviness to the earth.
Allowing her to hold us.
Release.
Release.
And the last time together.
Deepest breath you've taken all day.
Deep breath in through the nose.
Filling our entire body with sweet,
Sweet air.
Extending past your crown.
Suspend.
Take another little sip of air in.
And exhaling out the mouth.
Showering your entire body with your breath.
Relaxing.
Releasing.
And exhaling.
Slowing down.
Allow for any expression to fall away from your face.
Relax that space between your eyebrows.
Relaxing the corners of your eyes.
And releasing the jaw.
Feeling your whole head heavy.
Allowing gravity to take its place.
Let everything be effortless.
Just breathe.
And let everything be effortless.
Following this gentle inhale.
And follow this gentle exhale.
Training your mind to do this again and again will help you to stay in the present moment.
Try to allow yourself to fully arrive here.
There is no next place.
There is no next thing.
There is nowhere to go except for deeper into this moment.
We are here.
And here is now.
Breathing in knowing you are breathing in.
And breathing out knowing you are breathing out.
And with every inhale we get a little lighter.
And with each exhale we sink a little deeper.
And this is the very heart of meditation.

Deep within your non-doing lies your essence.

What is true.
Within you there is a place of real stillness and peace.
A depth and a beauty that is far beyond a world of fear and insecurity.
