Go ahead and find your comfortable seated position.

Give yourself a few moments here to really settle in.

Maybe rolling your neck out a little bit.

Twisting your body to the right.

And twisting your body to the left.

And let's sit up super tall and straight.

Breathing in,

Stretching your whole upper body.

Deep breath.

And exhaling it out.

Release.

Letting go.

Allow for your hands to fall softly in your lap.

And closing your eyes when you're ready.

Let's start by taking three deep breaths together.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Filling your entire body with breath.

Suspend at the top.

Hold.

And exhaling out through the mouth.

Releasing any stale air that lives there.

Take a moment to feel your connection to the earth.

And together let's take a deep breath in through the nose.

Absorbing all the deep rich nutrients from Mother Nature,

Pachamama.

Filling us up.

Hold at the top.

And exhaling everything out.

Giving your heaviness to the earth.

Allowing her to hold us.

Release.

Release.

And the last time together.

Deepest breath you've taken all day.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Filling our entire body with sweet,

Sweet air.

Extending past your crown.

Suspend.

Take another little sip of air in.

And exhaling out the mouth.

Showering your entire body with your breath.

Relaxing.

Releasing.

And exhaling.

Slowing down.

Allow for any expression to fall away from your face.

Relax that space between your eyebrows.

Relaxing the corners of your eyes.

And releasing the jaw.

Feeling your whole head heavy.

Allowing gravity to take its place.

Let everything be effortless.

Just breathe.

And let everything be effortless.

Following this gentle inhale.

And follow this gentle exhale.

Training your mind to do this again and again will help you to stay in the present moment.

Try to allow yourself to fully arrive here.

There is no next place.

There is no next thing.

There is nowhere to go except for deeper into this moment.

We are here.

And here is now.

Breathing in knowing you are breathing in.

And breathing out knowing you are breathing out.

And with every inhale we get a little lighter.

And with each exhale we sink a little deeper.

And this is the very heart of meditation.

Just breathe.

Deep within your non-doing lies your essence.

Who are you?

Listen.

Let the quiet truth speak to you.

And now is the time for us to discover what is real about us.

What is true.

Within you there is a place of real stillness and peace.

A depth and a beauty that is far beyond a world of fear and insecurity.

This is your freedom.

Your true nature is right here at the very core of your heart.

Let's breathe into that space.

And your next deep breath in send your breath to your heart space.

Feel your heart open and expand.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Leaving your heart open.

As you breathe in the heart opens and expands.

And breathing out leaving your heart open.

Allow that to permeate in every part of your being.

Feeling your body being breathed.

Where are you now?

Where has your mind taken you?

Kindly bring your attention back to your breath.

And for the last few moments allow for your whole being to exist in this space.

And for the last few moments allow for your whole being to exist in this moment.

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.

And holding it at the top.

And exhaling out.

Notice what it feels like to be totally in your body right now.

Give yourself a little smile.

And know that you can return to this place at any time.

This is your home.

Your safe space to just be.

And we will finish just as we began.

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.

Reaching your arms up to the sky.

Take a deep inhale and stretching,

Stretching.

And releasing,

Letting go.

Giving your neck a little roll.

And your body a little wiggle.

And open your eyes when you're ready.

I hope you take this with you into the rest of your day.

And ultimately into your life.
