This meditation is best done when you have time to relax afterwards,

Or to go straight to bed after.

Sit in easy pose,

Cross-legged,

With a straight spine.

Bring your hands together in front of your chest,

But not touching it.

Hold the hands so the tips of the thumbs are touching each other,

And the tips of the pinkies are touching.

The other three fingers are straight,

And point away from the chest at a relaxed angle.

Elbows are soft by the side.

There's an opening between the hands.

Your eyes are slightly open,

Looking at the tip of the nose.

Pucker your lips and inhale through your mouth.

Powerfully exhale through the nose,

Pulling the navel point to push all of the air out.

Pucker your lips,

Inhale through the mouth again.

Powerfully exhale through the nose,

Pressing the navel point to get all of the air out.

The three fingers that are extended represent past,

Present,

And future.

Continue this meditation for 11 minutes,

And we'll complete the exercise together.

This meditation is said to change the total glandular system.

This can take away any anger and any worry.

It's said that after doing this meditation,

You're incapable of conjuring up anger.

One last deep inhale.

Hold the breath at the top,

And exhale,

And relax.
