Come to a cross-legged position with a tall spine.

Raise the hands in front of the chest at heart center.

Palms will face the torso and your fingers are parallel to the ground.

Place the palm of the right hand on the back of the left.

Join your thumb tips together and point them toward the sky.

Find balance so that the arms and the shoulders are relaxed and the forearms are parallel to the floor.

Keep your eyes one tenth open,

Just allowing in a little bit of light.

Inhale deeply through the nose and hold,

Suspending the breath for 10 seconds.

Then exhale completely as you pull in the navel towards the spine,

Keeping the spine nice and tall.

And hold the breath out for 10 seconds.

Continue in this manner,

Inhaling through the nose,

Holding for 10 seconds.

Take a deep inhale,

Suspend the breath at the top for one last time.

And exhale out.

You can roll the shoulders out,

Move the neck,

Blink the eyes all the way open and come back to your day.

Sat Nam.
