Hello and welcome to this meditation of Pange-Grani-Kriya,

A breathwork to open your diaphragm and change yourself inside and out.

The mind has power over matter.

If the self is tuned in to a high frequency and the respectability of self is within one's own honor,

There is nothing in the world one cannot move.

One can move mind,

Material,

And time.

These three things that the human has the power to develop himself to control.

Mind,

Matter,

And time.

Come to sit in a cross-legged position with your spine straight,

Your chin in,

Chest out.

Bend your right elbow,

Bring your right hand in front of your face with the palm facing left and your fingers slightly spread.

The tips of your fingers are level with your brow point.

Place your left hand against the right hand so that each finger of the left hand touches the mound at the base of the corresponding finger on the right hand.

The left finger touches the Jupiter finger touches the Jupiter mound and so on.

Your left thumb will lock around the right wrist.

Make an O shape with your mouth and begin breath of fire through your mouth,

Strong and rhythmic.

So it's equal inhale,

Equal exhale.

This is a breath that feels calming without the rest of the body moving,

The belly may move naturally.

Be sure to press the hands into each other.

Allow your eyes to close down automatically,

Keeping the spine straight.

So this is a breath that feels calming without the rest of the body moving.

Working on the diaphragm muscle.

This muscle is open,

Flexible,

And correctly tuned.

It's allowing physical and energetic action in the body.

Maintaining a state of health that protects you.

Around this time the diaphragm can begin to ache.

This simply means that you need to work on your deep lung breathing.

Continue to clear out the depths of the lungs,

Strengthening the nervous system.

Continue to clear out the depths of the lungs.
