Welcome to your brain fog lift meditation.
My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
Let's start with a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
We're gonna be breathing through our belly,
Straight back.
Our brains are computer systems for our bodies.
They are our program for life.
If we breathe healing energy into the brain,
We can focus,
Stay centered and on task.
The brain can send us messages,
Keep us strong.
We're gonna start with a few brain deep breathing exercises.
Just put your hands on your head and imagine healing powers flowing through your fingertips and into your brain and just breathe.
Our fingers are the hot points for energy growth and flow.
We're gonna move the energy from our bodies into our brain through the power of breath.
Focus your intention on your head,
Imagining white light surrounding your brain and all the circuits.
Back to center,
Take a few deep breaths,
Calming the mind.
We have an energy field around us.
Our brain emanates vibrations.
We're gonna clear that today with our breath.
Sweep the left arm up and around the brain.
We're opening up the energy center and the field around the head.
Imagine yourself clearing a fog.
Circuits are connecting,
Focus lifted.
Opening up our crown chakra,
Allowing healing energy in.
Just breathe.
Take a few deep breaths back at center.
Focus on the healing powers.
We're gonna sweep the right arm up and around the head,
Cleansing that energy field,
Sending healing intentions to the cells in our brain,
Just releasing the fog that surrounds it,
Strengthening the power it has.
Imagining that energy field growing stronger with positive vibrations and just breathe.
Great job.
Feeling calmer,
Let's take a few sighs out.
Deep breath in,
Sigh it out.
Let yourself hear that audible sigh.
Relief.
We're going to use the fingertips and do an inhale,
Exhale,
Release.
Gripping and releasing pressure on the brain.
Inhale,
Grasp,
Exhale,
Release.
Imagine it's releasing any tension across any part of your brain,
Your head,
Allowing all circuits to flow to the body.
Deep breath,
Power is in the breath.
Back to center,
Just breathe.
Gonna take a few moments for gratitude,
Hands on the heart.
Thank you body,
Thank you brain,
Thank you mind for being there for me every day,
Coordinating my life.
I am so grateful for how strong you are.
Thank you for all that I am,
All that I have,
And all that I will become,
Forever grateful.
