The Somatic Body Breath method is used to help ground anxious thoughts into the physical body, then transmute them with the breath. Together we reset the anxiety brain with somatic breathing, allowing what needs to go, go. By grounding into our bodies, we can ground our thoughts as well. Remember how powerful the portal of breath is — and use this breath morning, noon, and night for best results (that's only 9 minutes a day). Welcome to your reset into stillness.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

Sit back,

Take a deep breath in and exhale gently through your mouth.

We're going to begin with grounding.

Bring your attention to your body and breathe in.

Feel your feet on the floor and breathe out.

Feel the weight of your body resting,

Breathe in and let yourself arrive fully in this moment and breathe out.

Shifting to focus.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold at the top and focus.

Where is your mind?

Keep holding.

Release this breath slow and steady along with the thoughts that circle.

Good,

Let's bring it all together.

Breathe in,

Ground yourself,

Feeling the surface,

Feeling the floor.

Breathe out slow and steady,

Releasing anxious thoughts.

That's all it takes.

A few deep breaths,

The intention of stillness and calm.

We are very powerful beings.

Use the breath,

Use the body to calm and ground.

Keep breathing my friends.

Stay grounded.

You are officially reset.
