From time to time you may notice the natural sound of a bear in the background and inside your own mind choose the color and the size of that bear. It might be a bear that brings you a feeling of safety that it is protecting you or it might be a small bear whatever it is that fits for you and before we begin this meditation I will read the message from Archangel Michael and he says I am Michael I am always with you I am near awaiting your call this meditation will take you into deep rest with polar bear hibernation inside yourself you will find a quiet space where answers to your most pressing problems will appear open your heart during this time trusting that all will be revealed to you at the proper moment your personal guidance will be keeping track of the answers flowing through you during this time they are with you every moment not living your life for you but rather bringing energy to you in the form of what it is that you need always ask for the highest energy of love kindness goodness and clarity thank you for being here I am Michael as you rest there now moving into that comfortable meditative state and allowing your eyes to close feeling the softness the softness and the gentleness of the muscles around your eyes relaxing and letting the thoughts of Archangel Michael float into your mind into your heart and as you breathe in the Archangel's thoughts the thoughts about hibernation breathe in that sense of peace from the Archangel and gently taking in five deep breaths and as you breathe in raising your shoulders just a bit and breathing out with a sigh and letting those shoulders drop feeling the release from your body breathing in breathing out and letting go and once again allowing the thoughts of Archangel Michael breathing them in and releasing what no longer serves you feeling that inhale in and that exhale out and one more time breathing in with that fifth breath out letting go of any remainder of the day anything that no longer serves you and as you rest there now I'm calling in Archangel Michael to come just a little bit closer now and I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of every person that is here tonight clear that central core 40 feet above 40 feet below 40 feet to the north and the south to the east and the west and all the way around and I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the aura of each person that is here each person and each animal that's here and I'm asking that that clearing be done 40 feet above 40 feet below 40 feet to the north to the south to the east and the west and all the way around and now notice that clean clear energy all around you and I'm asking Archangel Raphael to come in and put a bubble around that energy keeping in that clean clear energy and asking Archangel Michael to put protection around that bubble and now inside that clean clear energy I'm calling in your spiritual team and my spiritual team for each person that is here filling that clean clear space with the light of the divine the archangels the angels the ascended masters and the guides and now rest there in the presence of your spiritual loved ones rest there in the presence of your spiritual team and I want you to notice that off to the west there is a beautiful sun setting in reds and oranges and as you look off to the west you notice Archangel Gabriel or Gabrielle coming closer and closer and perhaps you are familiar with Gabrielle who is considered a communicator an archangel that guides and brings clarity and Archangel Gabriel will also help with understanding dreams and messages and as you see this archangel coming from the west you realize that the archangel brings wisdom and is here to assist you with future planning and the resolving of any problems or issues so as you rest there in that feeling of contentment feel the vibration in your space notice that that vibration is being raised higher and higher and just allow yourself now inside your mind to see a walkway a beautiful walkway that is of your creation it might be made of white beautiful granite or it might be made of black shining onyx or it might be made of a soft brown color that looks like wooden planking and maybe that comes from the trees of the earth and whatever that pathway is for you you already know that you are being led down that pathway as you watch your feet just gently walking one step and then the next step and you realize that right next to you is Archangel Gabriel or Gabrielle and you allow Gabrielle or Gabrielle to look the way you want the archangel to look for you already know that Gabrielle is an energy of love and it matters not what he or she looks like to you so allow yourself to walk comfortably with the archangel next to you and as you walk along you find yourself feeling much more introspective that's right you find yourself looking inside of you and perhaps as you're walking you notice something that might be ready to release from inside you that maybe there is a criticism of someone there or a blame or a judgment and it's almost as if as you walk there's a light that's penetrating a beautiful light a light that's coming down from the heavens and that light is penetrating into your body just like a plant and you begin to ponder the thought that plants eat light and that everything is made of light and as you walk along you notice a feeling of that light flowing inside yourself it's almost like it's nurturing you and that light is focusing on anything that needs to be removed right now anything that might be in your body or in your aura or in your mind you might be ready to release the energy of a situation or you might be ready to close an energy doorway that got left open somehow or maybe that light is allowing you to detach gently from a story or an idea that no longer serves you and as the archangel is walking with you notice that light now penetrating deeper into your physical body notice it flowing into your blood into your organs into your bones with a healing a healing that is as beautiful as the beautiful light flowing down from the heavens and as you feel that healing going on you continue to walk along that pathway and as you move through into a forested area you notice an opening where a beautiful bear is standing in the opening there's a white bear that is closer to you and there is a black bear that is further away from you and they are very aware of the archangel that is floating next to you and they are looking in wonder at the archangel up in the air as the archangel looks huge standing next to you and the two bears in all their wonder proceed to lay down very gently on the grass and simply watch and look at the archangel as if they are awaiting instructions and the archangel is pointing to you and telling the bears that you have done much work in order to be here tonight that there was very little cleansing or clearing that needed to be done and that you are here tonight to be taught by both of the bears about going inside going inside to that wonderful beautiful place so you watch as the bears settle in and you realize that there is a chair there that is designed just for you and the archangel is offering you a place to sit and as you sit down you notice a feeling of deeper peace a peace you have not imagined in a very long time and the archangel is allowing that peace to float through you and as you rest there you connect with both the black and the white bear realizing that they are built and designed with the qualities of the divine within them that feeling of deep hibernation and meditation that the two bears are representing that inner peace and you realize that the black bear and the white bear are built and designed differently and the archangel wants you to know that within both of them there is a place and a space that prepares them for hibernation that place inside of themselves and so as you rest there you choose which bear to connect with and you begin a conversation of telepathy between you and them and you ask the bear how do you go inward how do you go to that place of quiet and you allow yourself to hear a personal answer and as the archangel is allowing the spirit animal to show you how to go inside and how to find that deep quiet place within and as you find that deep and quiet place within and the polar bear or the black bear is showing you how to look deeper inside inside the hibernation or the meditation for some people that meditative space might be painting or art but wherever the bear is taking you to that place of hibernation now the bear is asking you to look deeper within finding that place where the answers are held the answers to your most pressing difficulties or issues and you let yourself rest there now hibernating inside allowing the depths of that inner space within you to be spacious to be filled with wisdom and right there inside connecting with your higher self this is what the bear wants you to know that inside yourself is that quiet space this is where you connect to the divine to your higher self and this is your gateway as you rest there become aware of more angels, More guides, More resources for you here are the archangels of the north and the south and the east and the west here is Archangel Metatron bringing the light down from the heavens Archangel Sandalphon bringing the light from the center of the earth and in this quiet space you realize that the resources are limitless that they are all here for you and now Archangel Michael is reminding you of his message tonight he said that in his meditation you are going to be offered the ability to call in the qualities that you need and he recommended the qualities of love and kindness and finally he recommended clarity ask your spiritual group for clarity and allow yourself to feel that sense of deep divine connection and perhaps you notice a golden light flowing through your body releasing anything that needs to be released and you go ahead and you accept an energetic upgrade now for you already know that a time like this changes who you are changes your connection and opens it even more and you allow your own soul's light to expand with that golden light and polar bear and black bear are encouraging you to let the light fill your entire body and gently allowing that healing to happen and you allow the bears to help with anything they are often solitary or self-contained and at this moment they are here both of them to assist you in going inward finding your own path and any healing that you need ask black bear or polar bear for the medicine that is associated with healing both physical and emotional and let that healing fill you especially your spine knowing that the spine is what holds you up and allow that to happen now as you notice the gentleness of the bears both of them just lying there sending telepathic messages to you of healing and clarity and you feel the gentleness from both of the bears and you wonder if perhaps that is why they are here in opposite colors because they are both filled with love both filled with energy of the divine and you feel that connection that inner peace and hibernation and you thank the two bears for being here and you feel a sense of gratitude from them that they were able to be with you and you with them all the while the archangel gabriel is shining light upon you and upon them in this healing peaceful place and it continues to happen that healing and now now as you're aware of breathing in just a little bit more rapidly go ahead and ask the bears for more clarity to bring more wisdom and clarity inside yourself and as you do that you send gratitude to them feeling peace inside and as you send gratitude perhaps you were able to get a sense of their name or a connection for the future for that inner space of hibernation that space of self-wonder right there in your central core is available to you now from now on that meditative hibernation a gift that was given to you because of the bears and as they move along now they fade out of your view and they fade into the background archangel gabriel or gabriel asks you as you gently breathe in and breathe out asks you and begins escorting you back in the direction of the west and as you face the west sunset you feel the warmth of the west a west breeze and you realize that it's true what you've been told that the west wind is the wind that brings rain after a drought that the west wind is a healing wind for people and for the earth and as you walk toward that beautiful sunset the archangel next to you simply directs you coming back to the here and the now and archangel gabriel gabriel reaches out and takes that beautiful perfect sunset and puts it into your heart and that healing west wind is there inside of you and you can direct that healing by breathing in and breathing out and with each thought you can direct that healing to anywhere in your body that needs it and now archangel gabriel gabriel is moving away and archangel michael is standing there in front of you the great archangel michael is thanking you for being here for recognizing at each and every meditation that there was a specific purpose for each one of you being here and so accept your opening up to divine light accept the opening up of your third eye accept the upgrade that this meditation is giving you and gently and easily now archangel michael is moving up moving up to the side of the room to the corner
