Shalom and welcome.
Make yourself comfortable.
Let's start with a few deep breaths.
As you breathe allow your breath to become deeper and slower as you gently inhale and exhale.
Breathing deeper and slower.
Our intention for this meditation is to help you explore and trust your inner wisdom.
To help you trust your body,
Better understand your body.
To help you create the optimal balance for your body and your mind.
Creating the space for you to tap into your inner wisdom.
As it is when we are connected to our inner wisdom that we become masters of our body,
Mind and soul.
Our inner wisdom is the knowledge that comes from quietening our minds.
Setting aside all the destructions.
Setting aside our egos.
Setting aside one's idea of how things should be.
Setting aside the busyness of being busy.
Setting aside stress,
Anxiety,
Fear and overwhelm.
Just be present now in this moment as you breathe.
We sit quietly in this moment.
A moment in time for you to listen and feel.
To truly listen and truly feel.
When we stop and become conscious of our breath,
Listen to our inner thoughts and feel what our bodies are doing.
This is when we find our inner wisdom.
Tapping into your inner wisdom allows you to be the best version of you.
The best version of you allows for all things you dream to be possible.
We all have the ability to connect to our inner wisdom.
As you sit or lie quietly in this space,
I invite you to make yourself comfortable.
Let's start with a few deep breaths.
Take your time to focus just on your breath as you gently breathe in and out.
If you focus on your breath I invite you to count to three with each inhalation and exhalation.
Breathe in one two three.
Breathe out one two three.
As you continue to slowly breathe in and out,
Gently start to shift your focus on what is happening to your chest.
As you breathe in,
What do you feel?
As you breathe out,
What do you feel?
Give this moment in time to just focus on your breath.
Slowly and deeply feel the rise and fall of your chest.
Just as your body knows how to breathe and provides you with the oxygen to sustain you,
Trust that your body knows how to provide you with the inner wisdom needed to guide you.
Today is a gift of inner wisdom.
A time to listen and trust your wise self.
Your wise self may have one message or more.
These messages from your wise self may come as a thought,
A feeling,
A conversation.
It may come as a dream,
A bodily symptom,
A smell,
A sensation.
It is when we spend time to focus,
Breathe,
Listen and feel that messages from your wise self shall arise.
The message may be as simple as you need to rest or spend time with a loved one.
The message may not be as clear as you like.
The message may be layered.
The message may be conflicting such as I love my busy job when I earn a lot of money but it is not conducive to me living freely or having the flexibility I desire.
Only you can truly know your wise self.
Only you can truly know the message from your wise self.
Your wise self wants the best for you to follow your soul's journey.
As you continue to breathe just allow the first thought or feeling that comes to you to be.
Be present with that thought for just a moment.
There is no need to action that thought.
Just be with that thought and all that feeling and acknowledge it.
If nothing arises just be in this moment.
The more you practice this meditation your thoughts and feelings from your wise self shall arise.
With time you will come to realise this powerful meditation allows you to be.
It allows you to connect to your wise self.
As your wise self is asking you to stop,
Listen and feel.
Knowing that your wise self is allowing,
Your wise self is not judging,
Your wise self is accepting.
It is loving,
It is compassionate,
Your wise self is loved,
It is safe,
It is calm,
It is at peace.
Your wise self is trusting in the process,
Your wise self is knowing,
It feels and it listens.
It is quiet,
It is humorous.
What is it that your wise self is saying to you?
If your wise self is silent at this present time that is okay.
Ask your wise self what it needs.
Ask your wise self to provide the message you need at the right time.
Just be open to your wise self and to receiving.
Knowing that receiving comes when we sit in silence and at peace with the message.
There is no need to action the message or agree or disagree.
Just sit with your inner wisdom and be allowing.
As we come to a close I invite you to take a deep breath.
Thank your inner wisdom and wise self for providing you with guidance.
As you gently open your eyes take a deep breath in and out.
Stretch or move your body.
Be mindful and know that your wise self is now open for receiving.
We thank you wise self and Shalom.
