Let's meditate.

Welcome.

This is your launch meditation.

You may want to be doing these either sitting down or walking somewhere that you feel safe.

Depending on the work that you do,

You might find yourself with different needs.

Remember that at any moment,

You are welcome to change the position of your seat,

To start walking,

Or to find a seat.

Let's start.

Being to lift the heart a little bit more,

Relax the shoulders up,

Back,

And down.

Either close your eyes or gaze to a boring point.

Bring the right hand to your belly and the left hand to your heart,

And begin to connect with your breath.

Notice the inhale running in through your nose,

And release it out through your mouth smooth with a gentle sigh.

Deep inhale through your nose,

Release it out through your mouth.

Once more,

Deep breath in,

And deep breath out through your mouth.

Come back to any natural breath that feels normal,

That feels easy.

If you need to continue these cleansing breaths,

Please do so.

Take a moment to ground yourself.

Take a moment to arrive to where you are in space and time right now.

Transition to this moment,

Letting go of whatever happened prior to this moment,

Or anything that might happen after that doesn't even exist yet.

Become more present in your body,

Sensing the earth beneath you,

Relaxing the shoulders,

And placing the palms anywhere that feels nice to continue your meditation.

With every exhale,

You begin to notice yourself a V lettering energy.

With every inhale,

You bring this new bright light to clean yourself energetically from within.

And as you ground yourself on your steps or through your seat,

And as you find your breath,

You begin to remember your why.

The why you're here,

The why you're showing up to work.

Now with your why in mind,

Notice if that invites you to find a feeling of satisfaction,

Perhaps a feeling of happiness.

Without judging,

Just accepting what the thoughts bring to mind.

Begin to detach from what you just taught and the words that you chose.

Regrounding yourself,

Now ask yourself,

How do I want to feel?

How do I want to feel right now,

And how do I want to feel when I come back to work?

Do I need to realign my why based on how I want to feel?

Take a moment for yourself in silence.

Take a moment to simply invite yourself to find the words.

Become a bit more specific on how you want to feel and your why.

Become a bit more specific on how you want to feel and your why.

Know that whichever word you choose,

Whichever phrase you choose to describe the feeling,

The why,

It's perfectly correct,

Is where you need to be today.

Now,

Trusting yourself and knowing that that is the word,

That that is the phrase,

That that is your why and your feeling.

Bring that to the forefront of your mind.

With every breath that you take in and out through your nose,

Begin to embody that feeling,

Begin to embody your why.

You begin to feel it from your bones,

Through your muscles,

Through your outer skin.

You begin to embody how you want to feel and you begin to make choices to find that feeling,

To align to your why.

Take a moment and invite all of these to sink in.

Trust your path.

Be specific.

Know your why.

Sat Nam.

It is already yours.

You are already that.

Sat Nam.

I am truth.
