Protecting your peace.

We see and hear about this daily.

It's become a catchphrase,

Really.

But how do we really protect our peace?

I believe the first step is to become still and anchor deeply into our breath.

Protecting our peace also means disconnecting from digital influence or triggers.

Unplug your phone.

You'll feel better in about five minutes.

In a world that is bombarding us with information and opinions and sadness and joy all at once,

To unplug is a great act of self-care and self-love.

So anchoring yourself in your breath,

Making sure you have unplugged all your devices is key.

You don't need to be giving your energy to anyone.

You can keep it all for yourself.

It's okay.

And it's more than okay.

It's imperative.

We can also surround ourselves with a light color of your choosing.

I love gold.

I love light pink.

And surround your whole physical being with that color.

Like a shield,

A soft shield.

Nothing that you don't want will permeate this shield.

In a world that is so busy and addicted to the busyness,

To sit still,

Again,

Is pretty radical.

So you can pick a color that you love,

Envelop yourself in it,

And know that nothing can permeate your light shield without your emotional consent.

That in itself is such a peaceful act of self-love,

Self-care,

Reeling your energy in.

The breath will always bring you back to yourself.

And unplugging will always bring you back to yourself.

Being,

I believe,

Is a gift.

Just being.

Now you should start feeling more calm.

As the vibration and frequencies of this music are so esoteric,

So phosphorescent with love.

Go inwards.

That is the way to protect your peace.

It's always there waiting for you.

It's your natural state.

A thousand tools out there to get you there.

But I'm here to remind you,

It is your natural state.

So when you remember that,

It's a lot easier to understand.

You can close your eyes and visualize something absolutely beautiful and serene that you've experienced or want to experience.

Connect to your breath,

First and foremost.

And know that you are shielded in love and gorgeous,

Pure energy.

Music will always help as well.

Ambient or classical,

It starts within.

And it is your divine right to be in this state.

You are protected.

Your energy is protected.

Enveloped in your favorite color.

Visualize and eliminate the noise.

Unplug from the world.

And again,

You will return to your natural state.

Which is always supported.

Always love.

And always peaceful.

I wish you a serene day or night.

And remember how beautiful you are inside and out.
