A soothing poem put to music to relax you and let your heart wander in creating your own personal heaven. I find that listening and even creating poetry keeps us in the moment and reminds us of the Beauty we all carry we all carry in our imaginations. Relax and Imagine All Love Cat 2025 ©

Letting heaven in,

In a world where our attention and our focus becomes a currency to others.

When we become still and we strip away the distraction,

We can find within that stillness and that emptiness,

We can find our heaven inside.

It's always inside waiting for us to acquiesce it,

Touch it.

It does not live in the mind.

It lives in the heart space.

And as you feel your heart right now beating without you asking it to,

Without you even realizing it is,

Close your eyes,

Take some deep breaths and see what heaven looks like for you.

What kind of landscape is it?

It's when we unplug and become silent that we truly see the magic and the freedom.

And what heaven feels like for you could be something from childhood or it could be a new imagined reality.

I see it as a haven,

A place of comfort,

Stillness,

Silence,

Beautiful color.

Into our hearts and create from that chakra itself,

The mind calms down and we are free.

Stay well.
