Calling our power back.

Here are some ways that we can do that.

And this is for the highly sensitive people and empaths out there.

Wherever we go daily,

We leave little pieces of ourselves and it's important at the end of the day to call ourselves back from all the places that we've been all day.

Even in the text messages that we write,

We leave our energy,

We leave our energy everywhere.

You've given a hug,

You've given energy.

Even with the loved ones,

It's good to have the spiritual boundaries and to learn that this is very healthy,

That you are yours.

And if there is a relationship that you're in that doesn't feel good anymore and it doesn't feel right anymore,

You can do a cutting cord visualization meditation where you send that person love and light from the highest source,

The divine,

And you visualize scissors or any tool of that manner and you say goodbye.

And believe me,

It works.

It really works because sometimes we think in loops.

It's just the monkey mind.

We think in loops and we ruminate and sometimes that person is taking way too much of our energy when they don't reciprocate that energy.

And so where people have grown out of each other and that is perfectly okay and it's okay to cut the cords.

It's a healthy exercise.

So at the end of each day,

Remember that you're sovereign and you're free of anybody else's energy as well.

And how you do that is you call yours back from everywhere you've been today.

It's a great habit to wind down the day with using deep breath and lots of self-love that you love yourself first.

It's the most important relationship you'll ever have and so give it all to yourself first.

Take care of yourself that you will never regret.

Take care of yourself and all love.
