Welcome.

How are you?

I mean,

If you're listening to this meditation,

Maybe you're feeling a bit down.

Maybe you're feeling a bit stumped,

A bit sad,

A bit confused.

Or maybe you feel like life feels a little bit like a movie,

Just repeating itself day after day.

Same script every day.

If you feel like you're in a hole,

You feel isolated,

You feel alone.

Let's work together to get ourselves out of this.

Let's focus on living within the gap,

The gap between our breath in and our breath out.

I won't go too much into detail about the technical terms of breathing in and out.

And it does get a little bit technical,

Depends where you're looking at.

So we're going to keep it simple.

We're going to start with a nice deep breath in through the nose together.

Ready?

And release.

That's not bad.

It does feel nice.

Let's do another one.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

That feels good.

That feels right.

Now together.

I just want you to close your eyes if you haven't already.

And I'll be closing mine as well.

If you feel alone and you feel sad,

Let's sit here together and focus on the gap.

Live within the moment that is between the in breath and out breath.

This place is sacred.

It's the only silence we have in our life.

In between the in breath and the out breath.

If this relates to you,

Then perfect.

If not,

Then that's still fine.

But for me,

When I feel down and sad,

I find that the thoughts running through my head is isolation or confusion about why we're here.

You know,

Why are we in this universe?

What's the point of it all?

I still feel happy.

I still feel grateful,

But I'm also like,

What's the point?

See,

Some things,

Especially the meaning of life,

Cannot be answered from a logical viewpoint.

It cannot be answered by our brain.

The meaning of life does not come in words.

The meaning of life is a feeling and it cannot translate to any language whatsoever.

It can only be experienced.

So where can we experience this meaning to life?

This calmness,

This vibrational state where we flow endlessly through the universe and our days become easier and we become more fluent.

Where can we find this?

This is the gap.

It's a silence.

It's a silence between our in breath and our out breath.

See,

In a few seconds,

I'm going to let you focus on the gap more by yourself.

But first,

I want you to repeat this mantra.

You may have heard it before and if you have,

Fantastic.

But if you haven't,

Exciting times as well.

Om Mani Padme Om.

To break it down for you,

It's Om Mani Padme Om.

Om Mani Padme Om.

You're going to repeat this mantra either out loud or in your head or just focus on the vibrations that run through your body when we repeat the mantra.

Okay,

Are you ready?

First,

Let's focus on the gap again.

Take a nice deep breath through the nose and out through the mouth.

I'm going to let you take another deep breath on your own for as long as you like and then we'll go from there.

Ready?

Take a deep breath in and now release.

Perfect.

That feels good.

That feels right.

Now,

Let's experience the sound,

The feeling and the meaning of life on a vibrational conscious plane of existence.

Are you ready?

Om Mani Padme Om.

Om Mani Padme Om.

Now,

Let's let time do its own thing while we go some morels.

You're allowed to have thoughts but let them pass just like clouds above.

I'll see you on the other side.

Enjoy the journey.

Om Mani Padme Om.

Om Mani Padme Om.

Om Mani Padme Om.

Let the thoughts drift by.

Stay present but allow yourself to be one with everything.

This is the gap.
