Repeat these affirmations after me.
Allow them to connect you to a greater sense of self.
Seeing the conditions as experiences and triggers being temporary so that we can still enjoy life and the beautiful moments within it.
Let's begin.
This is a health condition in my brain.
I am not creating it.
It will come and it will go.
It will heighten and it will lessen.
It is not my fault.
Throughout these periods of difficulty,
I will do my absolute best to take care of myself with the tools that I have to nurture myself.
To be kind to myself.
There is nothing to feel guilty about.
I am not this condition.
It is something I experience sometimes.
Being triggered causes temporary discomfort.
I have moments where I am not triggered.
I have moments where I am calm.
I have moments where I feel joy.
My life is full of beauty.
I embrace the beauty of this world.
I surrender and let go of the moments of discomfort.
I move towards more joy and comfort in my life whenever I can.
I am whole.
I am complete.
My sensitivity is not limited to my body.
These are just an experience that may come and may go.
They are not who I am.
I am the one who observes this life.
I observe light and dark.
Joy and sadness.
My true self is a constant state of peace.
Everything else is a temporary passing experience.
I root myself in my deep sense of peace.
I can access my inner peace at all times.
Even while being triggered.
I am peace.
Peace is me.
All will be well and okay.
I am always doing the best that I can.
I honor myself for navigating my sensitivities.
I honor myself for being free.
I am here for me and will always support myself.
I love myself.
I am grateful for how I show up for myself.
