Please have a journal (or paper) and pen for this practice. We don't have control over everything in our lives, but we do have partial control of our thoughts. Let's employ your thoughts to work for you instead of against you! In this practice, shift negative fear-based thinking into positive and loving thoughts. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

The mind is powerful,

But you are stronger.

The mind can bring you down,

But you can pick yourself up.

You are not your mind.

You are greater than your mind.

We say the mind has a mind of its own.

At times that's true,

But it's also a student and you the teacher.

The mind will listen and follow to your directions.

You get to choose where your mind goes.

You get to choose when to divert your focus,

Your attention,

And move it to something else.

When to implement and implant something positive,

Something good to help silence that negativity instead of letting it run your life.

You can work with the mind and not feel like the mind is attacking you or against you,

But it can be a co-creator with you,

Pushing you towards your dreams,

Not breaking you away from them,

Not ripping you and tearing you apart so that they become inaccessible,

But building you up and supporting you and cradling you and saying,

I can do this.

I got this.

Today we're going to do a journaling practice to help rewire your thoughts and align them with your desires,

To help transform your consciousness into something that is useful and helpful,

Into something that reflects your heart,

Your soul,

That goodness,

That purity,

That love within you.

We're going to do this in two steps of journaling.

The first step we'll take can be difficult and uncomfortable,

But I want you to trust me as we move into the second step.

In the first step,

We look at the fear vibrations,

The fearful thoughts,

Things that have been maybe trying to pull you down,

Those voices in your head that are overly critical and impairing your progression.

The second step is transforming those into love,

So choosing the polar opposite viewpoint of those fear-based thoughts into the love-based thoughts.

We're going to journal those and we're going to hardwire those into your brain.

Let's do our first exercise now.

I wanted to be gentle for you,

So let's do it from a zoomed out perspective.

When we're zoomed in,

Things can feel like they are the reality,

Like they are our identity.

We zoom out,

We get that greater perspective and sense of oneness of,

Okay,

Yeah,

There's a human being,

That's me,

Having this experience and choosing these beliefs and having these thoughts as opposed to I am these thoughts,

I am these feelings.

I encourage you to zoom out in this practice.

We're going to begin journaling now with this topic.

What are my unsupportive thoughts?

What are my unsupportive thoughts?

Let them flow without judgment,

Don't get caught up in them,

Just simply witness them as more of an observer.

And I'll give you a few minutes now to journal those.

I'll Ω‡Ω†Ψ§ I have.

You If you need some more time to continue journaling your unsupportive thoughts,

You can pause the recording and do that now.

If not,

Take some deep,

Deep breaths.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Arriving in your body,

Aware of your breath in this moment.

You are not your thoughts.

Your thoughts support and do help create your environment.

Now let's transition your thoughts.

In the second journaling exercise,

We're going to take everything you wrote down in the unsupportive thoughts and write the opposite.

This is very important,

Even if it doesn't feel true to you,

Because our truth is our beliefs.

It's the reality we choose to create.

So we're going to recreate your reality to something that feels good for you,

Something that feels supportive for you and in alignment with you.

For example,

If you wrote,

I hate myself,

The polar opposite would be,

I love myself.

Some more examples are,

I'm sick.

You'd write,

I'm healthy.

I don't believe in myself.

I do believe in myself.

I'm broken.

I'm whole.

I'm afraid of my future and what it holds.

I'm calm and I'm excited for my future.

I'll give you a bit more time to transform these unsupportive thoughts into loving thoughts.

Back now.

Again,

If you need to pause the recording and take more time,

You can.

What I'm gonna have you do now is read out loud what you've just written down in your supportive thoughts.

So the opposite of those unsupportive thoughts.

And by reading them out loud,

You're empowering the words and you're taking that very first step to reprogramming your thoughts.

So do this now.

And do it slowly,

Giving yourself time to feel and absorb each word.

So if you've read it,

Just take a moment to soak up the juicy goodness of those words.

Because it's your first time reading it,

It might feel foreign.

Maybe new words or words you haven't said in a long time or ever.

And as we have almost a hundred thousand thoughts a day,

I'm encouraging you to read this ten times every day.

Ten times every day to help rewire your thoughts and align them with this path.

So that these words become your truth,

Become your reality.

You begin to feel these words and they become more than words.

They become the new beliefs.

They become the new experiences,

The new perceptions,

And the new gifts that you allow yourself to receive in each moment.

It's best if you can keep track.

So I like to mark the back of my page each time I've read it,

You know,

Ten times each day until the whole back of the page is full.

If you're doing it on your phone,

Maybe there's a way you can keep track.

You can do an audio recording and listen to it throughout your day and this will,

Will create positive change.

This will water those positive seeds,

Those positive thoughts that you've just planted,

Watering them every day until they blossom and grow on their own.

And eventually you don't need to read it anymore.

And those negative thoughts become a thing of the past because these positive thoughts are the new beliefs.

They are your new reality.

If you're able to,

You can tear up the unsupportive thoughts,

You can burn it however you wish to release it.

Any symbolic ceremony is a great way to help shed those unsupportive fear-based thoughts.

As you are choosing to create your life now in alignment with love,

With positivity,

With your highest potential because you deserve it.

We all deserve it.

We all deserve a life where we are thriving,

We are in our joy,

And we can access bliss.

Thank you for going on this journey with me and I encourage you to come back to this practice once in a while to readdress any new unsupportive beliefs that may be popping up or inner critic thoughts that may be stirring in your stomach and addressing them,

Calling them out and saying,

No,

Not this time.

I'm choosing love and here's what love looks like.
