Having the conditions of sound sensitivity and sensitivity to certain visuals can be very hard on our mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. Often it spirals us into a space of being hard on ourselves for having these experiences. Repeat these affirmations to gain a greater sense of compassion for yourself and these experiences. To help bring you to a more positive space with less shame and more compassion. If you are becoming too uncomfortable at any time in this practice, stop the practice and tend to yourself.
