
Deep Dive Into Gratitude

In this meditation track, you may want to have a journal to write down your gratitude reflections, or just reflect in your mind and heart. Joy is more easily accessible through the practice of gratitude. In this deep dive, we touch on these topics of gratitude: Gratitude from your past - Friends, family relationships, education/learning/wisdom, abundance with your finances and money that has moved through your life, relationships with partners, work and volunteer service, physical items that have brought you joy, and moments of bravery and courage. We also have 5 minutes of self-reflection that is directed at gratitude for your past. Then we have 8 minutes of self-reflection for appreciation in your present life and what you are enjoying in the now. Music: Owls - Ebb & Flow
