So we are going to do a lovely gratitude practice,
Connecting you with your inner joy,
For life's beautiful experiences from your past,
And also in your present.
Let's begin our gratitude practice,
Starting with your past.
Now the most important thing is you're bringing a memory to mind,
But not only are you visualizing it or recalling it,
I encourage you to feel the good feelings associated with these positive memories from your past and present.
In this way you can get the most out of this practice and experience.
Feel free to use this as a journaling practice or as a visualization practice,
Writing it down or recalling memories in your mind's eye.
Closing your eyes,
Taking a moment to massage your head and scalp,
I don't want you to think too hard here,
Just allowing positive memories to come up naturally on their own.
So as you massage your scalp,
Have that intention of relaxing your brain,
Your mind,
Your thoughts.
You can move more into a receiver mode,
Receiving gratitude,
Receiving joyful memories.
Massage the front of your forehead,
The sides of your head,
The back of your head,
And the top of your head now.
Beautiful.
I want you to bring up some memories that you are grateful for,
Around friendships from your past.
This may go all the way back to your childhood,
Teenage years,
Or early adulthood.
Bring these memories up,
These people,
These relationships,
And maybe some special moments you shared together.

Money has come your way throughout your life.
I'd like for you to take time to reflect on the money that has come into your life.

Money that has been gifted to you,

Holding gratitude now for relationships with partners.

I encourage you to choose a different type of relationship that you want to have gratitude for.
Reflecting on the positive memories that you've shared with your partner or a partner from the past.
