Hi,
This is Carolyn.
This meditation is about releasing thoughts and emotions during fall.
To get started,
Sit with your feet planted firmly on the ground or your butts on the ground and with your back as straight as possible.
To begin,
We're going to take three deep breaths in and out.
Let's start.
Take a breath in and out,
Another breath in and out,
And a third breath in and release.
During the fall months,
We see the leaves falling on the ground.
This can be symbolic of your thoughts and emotions being released and buried in the earth.
During the summer months,
We see the results of our manifestations,
What our thoughts were,
Our feelings,
And our creations.
And during the winter months,
Beginning with fall,
We start pruning away things that maybe did not serve us.
This could be relationships.
This could be emotions like feelings of sadness,
Disappointment,
Grief,
Anxiety,
Or fear.
Many of the emotions come through thoughts,
And as we see the leaves falling,
We can release thoughts that no longer serve us.
These are thoughts that are harsh to self,
Critical thoughts,
Limiting thoughts,
Angry thoughts,
And also feelings,
Sadness,
Disappointment,
Hurt,
Betrayal.
So it behooves us during the fall to get a journal and start writing down these limiting thoughts that have been holding you back,
Because thoughts then feel our emotions,
And then feel our actions,
And then move on to create behaviors.
So as the leaves fall off during fall,
Let's make it symbolic of you releasing things that no longer serve you,
And let the leaves prune up,
Crumble,
And fall to the ground.
So your thoughts will prune up,
Crumble,
And just fall away.
It's as simple as changing your mindset.
The more you practice,
The more you'll be able to release things that are not helpful to your spiritual growth and development.
Take a breath in and out.
As you see the leaves on the ground,
You can imagine these are all those feelings that hurt you in the past.
And when you get a rate and start raking them up in your mind,
You're going to rake out thoughts and emotions that are not good for your highest outcome.
Maybe you're too critical.
Maybe you're quite negative.
Maybe you beat yourself up inside.
Maybe you're judgmental.
It's okay.
It's part of the process of growing on earth.
Imagine those leaves,
Those kind of actions being released and going down into the earth to be buried and to be fertile for new thoughts to grow during spring.
You can also look at the beautiful leaves on the trees,
And as they change colors,
That's symbolic of you changing your thoughts,
Changing your emotions.
It's up to you to be conscious of what you're creating.
And when you see these beautiful leaves,
Many people try to look at wonderful foliage during the fall.
This can be a reminder of what you created.
And even through the pain of change,
You created something beautiful.
We are here on earth to grow and learn.
So every part of our creation is a learning lesson.
So when you see the beautiful leaves on the trees changing colors,
That's a symbol and a reminder that you can change your thoughts and they can be beautiful.
Take a breath in and out.
You may see leaves symbolically blow away in the wind.
And that's again,
These thoughts or emotions,
Let them blow away.
If you're really hurt and very angry,
Feel it,
Acknowledge it,
Understand the pain,
But then imagine it blowing away in the wind,
In nature,
To be released.
During the winter months,
This is the time of slumber.
This is where the bears go in hybrid.
So with your journal,
You can go into your dream state and your dreams,
Which are messages from your soul,
Will give you downloads,
Messages,
Insights,
Aha moment,
An awareness that you can use from your soul to start recreating something new.
There may be lessons you missed.
There may be ideas that you overlooked.
There may be experiences you need to understand from a different perspective.
So make sure you can write down and be aware of your dreams during this month of winter and that you can even prompt your soul,
Help me learn how to grow.
Help me release what doesn't serve me.
Help me to transform my emotion.
And as you speak,
It will become taking a breath in and out.
So the leaves represent when they fall away,
Cleaning the slate,
Cleaning the slate of your mind,
And then beginning to see things from a higher perspective.
You could be a prisoner in your mind,
Or you can use your mind as a prism to look from different angles of what you have created and what you can recreate.
Appreciate the beauty.
Understand the lesson.
Watch the power and the truth and discern the deeper knowledge.
And then again,
You have the right to release.
It's just a thought.
It's an awareness.
It's a conscious creation that you can put in love,
Support,
Kindness to self,
Clarity,
Presence of spirit,
Beauty,
Loving knowledge and awareness soothes your soul.
So as you release,
Imagine beauty is right behind it.
Write down what you want to put into your consciousness,
Serenity,
Key,
Goodness,
Love.
You always have the right to change your mind.
You are a beautiful being of light that's here to grow and learn.
So please release the judgment of your journey.
Take a breath in and out.
So let the leaves symbolic of your mind,
Your emotions and your thoughts blow away.
Let the energy of the universe come through you through dreams to teach you higher awareness.
Appreciate the beauty of what you created,
But learn about the undercurrent of what needs to be pushed away.
You are divine.
You are important.
You are a spirit here to learn and grow.
Take another breath in and out.
Breathe in and out and the third breath in and release.
