
Mindfully Working With The Universe
Working with the universe goes along nicely with the concepts of mindfulness. To be present and observe and be aware of your environment is part of expanding your spiritual awareness. Let the universe heal you.
Transcript
This meditation is about mindfully working with the universe.
So to start the meditation,
I want you to go to a quiet place.
And I want you to take a huge deep breath in and out.
Take another breath in and out.
Take a third breath in and release.
Being mindful works well with working with the universe.
When you're mindful,
You have to be aware.
Be aware of where you are,
Your circumstances,
And all the different information that comes to you when you're dialoguing and connecting to universal knowledge.
Being aware means being awake,
Being conscious,
And being observant of your surroundings,
People,
Places,
And situations.
To be aware on the spiritual path goes along really well hand in hand with being mindful.
And whenever you get a prompt or an insight or a synchronistic message,
Just be aware and take a breath in and out.
Being mindful on your spiritual path always also means to be non-judgmental.
Don't judge your path,
Where you've been,
Where you're moving to,
Or circumstances or situations you've been through.
Everything on the spiritual path is for your growth.
And being mindful of your non-judgment,
Being aware that you just don't have to judge every circumstance,
That's the word discernment.
But being aware of that can help you to move forward with universal knowledge.
That gives the universe permission to give you more lessons and insights and ideas that can help you evolve your soul.
So again,
Being non-judgment,
Let's take a breath in.
Now.
The universe is a live being.
It's an energetic being.
It's a being that people like to call the divine source.
And it is an energy like a song.
That's why they call it the universe.
It's a song.
So what song do you want to sing when you're creating here on the earth plane?
Using mindfulness,
You want to be present.
To be in the present moment means to be right here,
Right now,
Not looking at the past or not anticipating the future,
Just being present.
And the more that you breathe in the present moment,
The more you remind yourself that you're right here,
Right now.
So again,
The present take a breath in and out.
Being present also connects to the breath.
The breath means spirit.
Our spirit is our energy body that incarnated onto the earth plane to grow,
To learn,
And to move forward by having various lessons and circumstances that we need to overcome.
And also to make choices with the highest qualities by using our heart and not always our mind.
So to work with that universal knowledge of the breath,
I want you to be very conscious whenever you breathe,
Even if you yawn,
That's your breath.
When you're thinking about something,
You're getting an aha moment and you're,
Ah,
That's your breath.
Even when you have trauma,
That's your breath.
Your breath is very sacred because without the breath,
You're no longer here.
So being mindful,
Be mindfully breathing.
You can either breathe in to the count of four and then release to the count of four.
Just being conscious and acknowledging that your breath is sacred.
Your breath keeps you in your physical body,
The breath of the spirit.
So the breath represents once your breath is gone,
You're gone.
So honoring that breath within you is honoring your spiritual nature and telling the universe that you're aware,
You're awake,
And you're open to the nonjudgmental path of universal knowledge.
Another thing in working with the universe is to pay attention.
Pay attention to all the signs,
Messages,
And synchronicities you get with the universe.
The universe is constantly sending you information to evolve your soul.
You made a contract with the universe.
You made a contract to come to evolve and to incarnate down here.
So you have to pay attention to the messages that come back.
You might see signs that are repetitive,
They're coming through.
You might hear certain songs that remind you of messages for your soul.
You might see certain numbers repetitively,
11 11 4 4 4 5 5 5.
Look them up.
That's the universe dialoging with you.
You might see a totem animal,
Which Native Americans have made famous.
Totem animals will come and give you messages.
Have you seen a crow lately?
Have you been caught by a hawk's presence?
A hummingbird?
A raccoon or another animal that may be there like a possum or a grasshopper,
An insect?
Pay attention.
They are there in your space for a reason.
Look them up and you'll realize they're giving you a message about a thought or decision that you need to make on your spiritual path.
Pay attention to the universal dialog.
Acknowledging that by taking a breath in and out.
Also working with the universe mindfully,
You have to be patient.
The universe's time is its own time.
It's not our time.
It's not the Earth's time.
Things come to us at the perfect time energy sequence that the universe or source or the divine feels that's right for us.
We have to be patient with timing.
Timing is something that happens when the universe aligns and coincides coincidences to help us to see,
To observe,
To feel.
So sometimes if things don't happen in the right time,
Don't be hard on yourself.
Just realize,
Ah,
Be neutral.
Universe has a different timing.
It's called divine timing.
So be aware of that and honoring that with non-judgment and with patience.
That's really part of the spiritual path.
Acknowledging that by taking a breath in and out.
Being mindful also means to be at peace.
Peace is a high vibratory energy and word.
Peace resonates on the higher planes.
It helps your mind,
Your body,
And your spirit.
Whenever you say the word peace,
All your cells are listening to you and they're helping to evolve your soul,
But also to calm your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit.
Peace.
Peace.
Peace.
When we mindfully observe something that is peaceful,
When we mindfully observe nature and its peace in the water and the river,
In birds singing,
What we are doing is creating more peace in our lives.
Whatever you focus on,
It expands.
So when you think of the word peace,
You're actually expanding that energy to all your cells,
Into your energy field,
Into your aura,
And out into the world.
Whenever you're not sure what's going on in your life,
Repeat that word to yourself.
Peace.
You can imagine it going onto your heart and creating that energy in your heart center,
Which emanates out into the world.
Again,
Acknowledging by taking your breath in and out and being at peace.
Another way to work mindfully with the neighbors is the breath.
The breath is so sacred.
So again,
Be aware of the breath and be present.
Be present as being not in the past,
Again,
Not in the future,
But just right now.
So the breath is sacred and the word presence brings you back to that sacred moment.
And taking that breath in and out.
As you're mindfully dialoguing with the universe,
Hold onto the energy of peace and presence in that golden heart center,
Just imagining it's expanding and putting golden energy into your whole body.
Every awareness,
Every breath,
Your resonating,
Making your heart the primary focus of your spiritual path.
Making it more mindful of your heart center,
Making yourself more aware and awake,
Non-judgment and being patient.
Pay attention to the universal dialogue that comes with being mindful on your spiritual path.
Again,
Take a breath in and out.
Just acknowledging the universal gratitude and know that it expands your path day by day,
Moment by moment,
And honoring yourself,
Honoring your spirit.
