This meditation is a Sanskrit chant and we make a lot of use of feeling the vibration inside the body to increase awareness,
To stay grounded and focused.
So the words are OM AH HUNG,
BODHICITA,
MAHA SUKHA,
YANA,
DATU AH.
OM AH HUNG are Sanskrit seed syllables that help us create a resonant connection between the energy centers in our physical body and the energy center of the divine heart within.
Bodhicitta is the awakening mind which releases the heart drop,
The internal nectar that is generated by the rise of energy from the base of the spine,
Culminating at the crown.
This happens in advanced meditation practices and can be shared as divine energy emanating from the heart.
MAHA SUKHA means utter sweetness and bliss that comes out of the experience of bodhicitta.
YANA is direct perception which means that you are experiencing it in this very moment.
DATU means as it is in our present situation.
AH takes us back to the heart.
So we begin with OM,
O-M.
So you have an awareness of the O in the base and the M encompassing you in an envelope of beautiful sound and resonance.
Is the seed syllable for the heart.
So feel that vibration in your heart center,
At the very center of your body,
At the same level as your physical heart.
Takes the sound up into the pineal gland right at the very center of your brain and can also connect with the pituitary gland which is right at the base behind your third eye.
All of this connects you to the crown at the very top of your head where you once had a soft spot when you were a baby.
So we're going to put this all together now with lots of breath.
OM AH HUNG BODHITITA MAHASUKHA YANA DATU OM AH HUNG BODHITITA MAHASUKHA YANA DATU OM AH HUNG BODHITITA MAHASUKHA YANA DATU OM AH HUNG HUNG BODHITITA MAHASUKHA YANA DATU OM AHH HUNG AH Yana.
