Your Vision is the highest expression of truth seeking to express in, through and as you right now. It is an ever-evolving expression of you. And to tap into your Vision is to be in flow with your deepest truth. This Visioning Meditation takes you into the space of Unconditional Love, where you will tune into your highest Vision. You will then uncover the truth of your Vision and discover the qualities you must cultivate in order to become a vibrational match to your Vision.

So let's find a comfortable seat of practice.

So you can do this practice laying down.

It's really helpful actually if you are wanting to do a visioning practice every day,

That you do it right before bed or first thing when you wake up in the morning.

But if you are already into your day,

I suggest being seated.

That way you can be alert and attentive.

And it's really the body that we're wanting alert,

Not necessarily the mind.

We're actually going to slip below that beta level of consciousness into the deeper spaces of meditative possibility.

So when you find your comfortable seat,

Your posture of practice,

Find equal weight on both sides of your body.

So you can move and shift your hips until there is equal weight.

And then lengthen up through the spine,

Roll the shoulder blades back and down.

Lengthen through the top of the head and tuck the chin slightly.

This helps to open up the chest,

Really shining that heart forward.

And softening the gaze or closing the eyes if that's available to you.

And starting to turn within.

It's beginning to open up to the experience of your inner body,

Your inner senses.

Placing awareness on your breath and starting to watch your breath as it flows in and out of your body.

Notice that there's a natural flow to your breath in this moment.

And it actually shifts and changes from moment to moment.

So your breath is a reflection of your inner experience of your emotional state,

Of your physical state and even of your mental state.

So without judging,

Without making your breath right or wrong,

Just notice.

And in this noticing,

I invite you to check in with how you are feeling in this moment.

What emotion is present in your body.

And if you have a difficult time naming emotion,

You can tune into the physical sensations in your body,

Which also represent how you're feeling.

So you might notice a lightness in your heart space or perhaps a heaviness.

Maybe you notice some bubbling or tingling in your belly.

Maybe there's some nervousness or anxiety.

Maybe you feel really heavy in your hips and grounded.

Maybe you feel light and expansive.

Just notice in this moment how you are feeling.

And as you notice,

See and realize how your breath is connected to this.

So your breath is a direct reflection of your feeling state.

So we'd like to shift this feeling state in any way.

We're going to work by shifting the breath.

Breathing in through the nose deeper now in all the way down to your belly to fill your belly.

So a nice,

Deep,

Long breath into your belly.

And as you exhale,

Release with a sigh.

Inhale through your nose to fill your belly.

This time let the exhale be easy and gentle.

You can breathe out your mouth or your nose.

The focus really with nose breathing is when we inhale.

Inhale through the nose to fill the belly.

This helps to calm and settle the nervous system.

Brings energetic focus into the central nervous system.

And also welcomes in states and sensations of compassion,

Of kindness,

Warmth and openness.

Turning focus now to the heart space.

So as you breathe in through the nose,

Fill your heart space.

And you can even place your hands here if you'd like.

So breathing in to draw warmth into your heart,

Really filling up the heart with kindness,

Compassion,

Grace,

Love.

And as you exhale,

Soften into this space.

Let it feel good.

Let it be easy.

An intentional breath in through your nose,

Filling your heart space.

Setting the intention that we are breathing unconditional love into the heart.

So every breath in,

We draw unconditional love into the heart space.

And every exhale,

We surrender to this experience of unconditional love.

Feel the warmth of that glow in your heart space.

You can even give it a color,

A shape,

A form.

And on your next exhale,

Start to spread this experience,

This feeling of unconditional love out in all directions from your heart to fill your body.

Allow it to touch every cell,

Every tissue,

Every space until it fills your entire body.

Feeling bathed in this light energy of unconditional love.

Now vibrating in this feeling tone,

This resonance of unconditional love.

So continue to breathe into the heart space in this way for the practice.

So when we move into the space of feeling this field of unconditional love that is now circulating within us,

That is now known to our cells or tissues or spaces between,

We place ourselves in the space of quantum possibility of the quantum field.

And in this space is our vision.

It's a higher possibility seeking to express in through and as us.

Please know that you are always operating from a space of vision,

Always.

It's the deeper why behind everything that you do.

Just that sometimes we aren't conscious of it.

And when we become conscious of it,

Aware to it,

Our vision can really take hold.

We catch the vision and this helps to pull us forward.

It helps to guide our thoughts,

Our choices,

Our actions,

Our words.

It's a really powerful space to live in and with.

So continue to breathe into unconditional love,

Knowing now that you are tapping into the space of infinite possibility and absolute dynamism,

Which means there are sparks of creation possible here.

We're going to start to place some questions before the intuitive faculty of your higher self,

Your higher self is who is guiding right now.

The part of you that exists in this quantum field.

And so ask with the intent to receive.

What is the highest vision seeking to express in through and as me?

Right now,

Right here.

What is the highest vision seeking to express in through and as me?

Breathe into your heart space.

That's your only job here.

Allowing the space of possibility,

This field of potentiality to offer itself up to you.

What is the highest expression seeking to express in through and as me?

What is the vision?

Allow yourself to receive.

You might receive in terms of thoughts,

Words,

Feelings,

Images.

Just notice.

Continue to breathe into your heart.

Continue to breathe.

Good.

And as this vision starts to land in your heart space,

As you start to feel into it,

Just take notice of how you're feeling in your heart.

Trying to feed this energy of your body,

Of your vision,

Of your feeling tone.

Everything that's feeding into the ultimate,

The highest vision that is seeking to express through you.

So place that vision in your heart space and continue to breathe.

Now I'd like you to ask another question.

This might just be a qualifier in terms of what your vision might be.

So the question is,

What am I here on this earth to do?

Maybe if your vision wasn't clear with the first question,

Asking yourself this question will help to illuminate it.

What am I here on this earth to do?

And who am I here on this earth to be?

The same question because doing comes from being.

So tune in and again receive.

Simply focus on breathing into your heart space.

That's your only job here.

Allow any thoughts,

Words,

Images,

Feelings to arise.

What am I here on this earth to be?

Really start to feel into that experience and place that into your heart space along with your vision,

Knowing that they are one in the same.

Now we start to ask the next question.

What qualities must I manifest?

What qualities must I bring into my experience in order to feed this vision?

So what qualities within myself must I cultivate in order to really bring this vision into being?

So again,

Breathing into your heart space and noticing,

Noticing what qualities within you,

You really need to start to feed.

Need to start to focus on in order to serve the highest vision that is seeking to express in through and as you.

So if you are to become an energetic match with your vision,

You must first cultivate these qualities.

In order for your vision to be made manifest,

You must first embody the vision in consciousness.

So you must become it in order to be in integrity with your vision.

So what qualities must I manifest?

What must I bring into my experience?

Create in my reality,

In my daily life,

My habits in order to be in alignment with my vision.

Breathing into the heart,

Receiving an open-hearted awareness,

Willingness to learn,

Willingness to expand into possibility.

Feel the aliveness that comes when your vision is really starting to be fed.

When we offer the vision that exists within our heart space now,

These tools,

These seeds of possibility,

Think of it like watering your vision,

Offering your vision,

Your effort,

Your attention,

Your willingness.

We ask the next question,

Knowing that if any of these answers feel incomplete,

That through your time to come after this practice,

You will still continue to receive insights and information.

Maybe you'll want to keep a journal nearby or a note on your phone so you can jot down ideas or feeling tones or sensations or images,

Words that come to mind,

Come to experience.

The next question,

What must I let go of in order to manifest this vision?

What must I let go of in order to manifest this vision?

Knowing that to an equal degree of what you let go of,

You will receive.

This is really important because when we are seeking to create something new,

When we're wanting to bring our vision into fullest expression,

We must create space for it.

We must expand into the possibility and release that which no longer serves.

And so sometimes we need to let go of outdated beliefs.

Sometimes we need to let go of habits that aren't serving us any longer.

Sometimes we need to let go of distractions.

So tune in again,

Breathing unconditional love into your heart space and receive the answers.

What must I let go of in order to manifest this vision?

Really feeding your vision now.

Offering your vision,

A sacred offering,

Both of what you are creating,

What you are cultivating within yourself and also what you were letting go of.

And in this way,

We recognize what qualities we already possess.

So ask yourself this question,

What qualities do I already possess that will serve this vision?

What qualities do I already possess that will serve this vision?

So take note of where you are right now and everything that has led you to this moment.

Knowing that your vision,

What is seeking to express and emerge through you is only ripe now because you have prepared yourself for it.

Your vision shows up in this way in a continual expansive way.

This ever evolving expression of your highest self because you are already here.

You are already prepared for it.

So tune in,

Acknowledge what qualities do I already possess that will serve this vision.

Breathe into your heart space to remember,

To recognize,

To offer thankfulness.

Good.

And now continuing to focus on the heart space and breathe unconditional love into your heart.

The invitation is if you are feeling in alignment,

If you are feeling willing to really acknowledge and affirm your vision that you offer it a sacred yes.

So you affirm your vision by whispering or saying out loud or in your mind's eye,

Your inner experience,

Offer it a sacred yes.

Feel how your vision is vibrating now in your heart space.

Feel the emotions.

Feel how your body responds to this,

How your body feels in this moment.

And even notice your breath.

Notice the quality of your breathing,

The depth,

The expansiveness,

The location,

The temperature.

Starting to feed your vision and remember it,

Knowing that you can return to it at any time.

And as we continue to cultivate the vibrational resonance of your vision,

You will draw more things to you that will feed your vision,

That will support your vision.

And as we begin to come to close,

You offer your vision gratitude.

So gratitude is placed within your heart also.

Thankfulness,

The energy of completion,

The knowing that it is so.

Let's take three deep breaths together to close the practice.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale let it out with a sigh.

Really feel that vision moving,

Vibrating through your body.

Inhale.

Exhale,

Release.

Feeling yourself moving back into the edges of your body,

Starting to wake up.

One more breath.

Feel yourself grounded,

Connected to the earth below and connected to all of life outside of you and within you.

Feeling into the edges of your body and the space beyond.

Starting to visualize the space around you,

The colors,

The shapes,

The forms.

And when you feel ready,

You can open your eyes and come back into this space.

I love to take a few moments to look around the space,

Looking at the colors,

The shapes,

All of the items and sacred objects that I've surrounded myself with,

The memories,

The possibilities.

Just look upon them with new eyes,

New possibility.

In this way,

We step into the rest of our day.
