Welcome to this meditation for focus and positive mindset.

Find a comfortable position of practice,

Something that will support your body and help you to fully relax and settle in.

This meditation is designed to help you find focus and cultivate that positive mindset that will help to see you through the day.

As you settle into your comfortable position,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

As you let go,

As you exhale,

Release all of the tension that you may be holding in your body.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

And slowly exhale.

Continue in this way.

Feel your body relaxing with each breath.

You can even imagine that roots are extending down below your hips or your feet,

Grounding you into the earth and providing stability and strength as you release and relax.

Again,

Bring attention to your breath.

We're going to focus on the rhythm of your inhalation.

Draw that breath in and exhale.

There's a rhythm that comes as you draw the breath in.

You will naturally exhale to the same degree.

Focus on the inhale and the exhale follows.

With each breath in,

Invite clarity and focus into your mind.

With each breath out,

Release any worries,

Any weight,

Any distraction.

Allow the breath to continue in this way.

And now visualize yourself in a serene,

Natural setting.

This can be so helpful to engage the mind in this positive way,

Seeing yourself in a place of comfort,

Support,

Grounded natural beauty,

Perhaps a forest,

A beach,

Or a peaceful meadow.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle breeze that carries away any lingering stress.

As you rest deeply in this space,

And as you continue to breathe deeply,

You can silently or quietly repeat the following affirmations to yourself.

I am focused and clear-minded.

I am capable of achieving my goals.

I trust in my abilities and my journey.

I am open to new opportunities and positive outcomes.

I know that I am deserving of abundance.

Now imagine a bright light in the center of your chest,

Growing warmer and brighter with each breath.

This light represents your inner strength and your positive energy.

Allow it to fill your entire body.

Every breath in,

You draw more and more of this energy in.

And as you exhale,

It fills your body,

Radiating outwards and creating a protective and empowering aura around you.

Bask in the energy of this light.

Now to really anchor in this beautiful energy,

This inner strength,

Let's connect with the energy of gratitude.

Think of three things that you are grateful for right now.

These can be things that you are proud of,

Successes.

They can be lessons learned or maybe support that you've received.

Name three things now and breathe with them.

Feel the gratitude in your heart and let it amplify your positive mindset.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Gradually beginning to bring your awareness back to present moment.

Returning back into your body,

Feeling the edges of your body and maybe where your body touches the earth below.

And start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Maybe visualizing the space around you.

And then when you feel ready,

Gently opening your eyes.

And take this moment now to set a positive intention for the rest of your day,

Remembering that you have the power to create the focus and positivity that you need to thrive.

Thank you for taking this time for yourself.

I invite you to carry this sense of calm and focus with you as you move forward into your day.
