So during this time of huge massive transition for so many people we can easily get pulled out of balance and off of center and it's up to each one of us to find our way back,

To find our way into the space of remembering the truth of who we are.

It's really easy to get distracted by outside events you know these are real experiences that are causing us to react,

To respond.

We have to deal with finances,

We have to deal with health,

We have to deal with relationships,

We are trying to find a new normal and all of this kind of pulls our attention into the outside world,

Into the space of form,

Of physicality of this 3d dimension and while that is so essential what sometimes happens is we pull out of balance.

We move out of the space of knowing our wholeness and this can then in turn create confusion,

Overwhelm,

Dis-ease,

Frustration,

Anger,

Sadness,

Depression,

Anxiety.

It pulls us into the space of imbalance and so there really is a call here for remembering,

For activating your inner healer.

When you do this,

When you activate which is essentially remembering your wholeness then you can act from this center.

So whatever is going on outside of you is responded to in a way that supports your wholeness but first you have to activate it and we activate by remembering,

By returning to truth and I love to guide meditations in this vein because they really help us return to that balanced nervous system and remember what it feels like to be in wholeness.

You know it's one thing for me to talk about it and for you to hear me speak about it but it's a whole other thing to actually experience your wholeness and so that's what we're going to be talking about is how to get back to that experience of wholeness and then from this space of remembering,

From this space of being in your wholeness then all else is dealt with in a way that really is coming from this truth that is honoring the truth of your being.

So I invite you to draw your attention to your heart space and so your heart chakra,

Your energetic heart center is located in the center of your chest above your breastbone there or around your breastbone and this is the anahata chakra.

This heart center,

This energetic center of your energy body is the seat of your inner healer.

So your heart holds the truth of your wholeness as does every cell,

Every energy center in your body also but I find that when we focus our attention here in the heart space it's really easy to access this truth.

We feel it,

We feel it viscerally,

We feel energetically and when we tune in we know the truth of our spirit,

We know the truth of our wholeness and it is a very simple practice to do,

Simply drawing awareness to your heart space and drawing awareness to this truth but if you want to go even deeper into more of a meditative state I invite you to take the time to close your eyes and obviously this needs to be done in a way that is safe.

So only do this when you can be safe and there is no distractions causing you,

Such as driving,

You know that's that's the one big disclaimer here with meditation.

So in your heart space we're going to be focusing your breath and we can really activate the heart center by breathing into the heart space.

So you'll inhale into the heart space really enlivening and activating the heart chakra,

The anahata chakra and in this way we are activating kindness,

Compassion,

Love,

Grace,

All of the universal truths that really point to our wholeness,

That point to the fact that we are already whole,

That there is nothing that we need to do,

Nothing that we need to become in order to be whole.

And so really feel that truth in your heart space.

Truth lands in a very certain way and I love how the heart holds this truth.

For me it feels like a settling,

Like I'm finally taking a really deep exhale,

Just sinking in,

Being with.

It's like putting down a burden that you've been carrying and there's an ease that enters,

An ease that really becomes part of your awareness and part of your physical experience.

And this knowing,

This activation of truth in your heart space is the remembering that I speak of.

This is the remembering of your wholeness and in this remembering we are cultivating the conditions to return to wholeness if we have strayed in any way.

And remember that as I shared,

You know,

There is no truth but the truth of your wholeness.

So if there is a belief or a diversion of truth,

So we're seeing ourselves as being diseased or ill or out of balance,

Really that is an invitation to remember.

So to bring back into coherence with this knowing,

This truth of our wholeness that we have just cultivated in our heart space.

So the way that we activate our inner healer is by remembering truth,

Remembering the truth of our wholeness and then once we've done that,

Bringing everything into coherence with this truth.

So if you've heard of heart coherence,

This is a really powerful understanding of what the heart can do and how the the heart and the brain can synchronize.

And it's not just the heart and the brain,

The heart can also synchronize with the gut and with all areas of the body.

It's really easy to measure though with the brain because we can measure brain activity and you know the brain waves,

The electrical activity in the brain actually starts to become regulated when we activate this knowing of truth in our heart.

How powerful is that?

And this is measured.

If you want to learn more about this,

I suggest exploring the Heart Math Institute.

So they've done a lot of studies in this realm of heart coherence and this is,

You know,

While that's a very scientific approach to it,

Really just tune into your own truth.

You will feel a change when you activate the remembering of the truth of your wholeness in your heart space.

And once you've done this,

Once you've really activated and become aware of the truth of your wholeness being held in your heart,

Then you can start to bring anything that you're feeling imbalance in into coherence with this heart rhythm,

With this heart knowing.

And the way that I do that,

And you can do it lots of different ways,

But the way that it seems to work best for me is breath.

You know,

Breath carries the energy of life.

It carries prana and if you are breathing into the heart and any areas in your body or even in your mind,

You know,

Bringing a situation to mind and breathing simultaneously into your heart and into this area of imbalance,

It brings both of those into a similar vibrational pattern.

So if your heart is already holding the signature of truth,

Of wholeness,

Then by bringing the same breath into the area of imbalance,

We can really help to bring everything back into the same vibrational resonance,

Into coherence.

And so I invite you to practice that,

To scan the body,

To scan the thoughts,

The mind,

And take that breath into that area,

Into that space that is seeking to remember,

To remember wholeness.

Now that we have really activated this inner healer and looked at ways that we can bring our own body back into coherence with this truth,

The opportunity exists now to share this with others.

So if you have felt called or already practicing your healing with others,

Then this is something that you can bring into that realm and it really starts by first activating the healing,

The wholeness in your heart space and then inviting the other to do the same.

And so whether that's by sharing this truth with them and inviting them to come back into this vibrational resonance,

This coherence with wholeness,

Or perhaps it is guiding through breath,

You know,

Offering this same practice of breathing in together.

Perhaps you're sharing your own wholeness,

The own vibrational resonance of your wholeness with another.

This would give them the opportunity to explore that and to feel that as truth.

So as an example of your Araiki practitioner,

Activating this wholeness in your heart space,

Activating the energy of heart and breathing deeply through the treatment,

Through the practice or the sharing of your energy,

Well activating of their energy,

It is going to naturally create a coherent vibration in them and it will then activate the healing power within them.

And this is really important because if you are somebody who really loves to share these healing techniques and methods with others,

Then to know the truth that what you're doing is simply activating the remembering of their innate wholeness,

Then you hold a really powerful position and one that is rooted in your own truth.

So sometimes what happens if you adopt the role of healer,

You give energy away or you feel as though what you're doing is causing healing or creating healing for another.

But the truth is that what you're doing when you are offering the insight or the remembering of wholeness is simply pointing to that truth.

So you're showing the other person's body and energetic system and even spirit how to return to this wholeness,

This understanding of the truth that exists.

And it's all about reminding,

You know,

It's pointing towards and it it's an invitation essentially for them to choose to return to wholeness,

To remember the truth of their wholeness.

And in this way it creates the resonance,

It creates the coherence within their own physical body,

Energetic body and even in their spirit.

So that's what it really means to both activate your own innate healing and then also to help show others the path of healing.

And the way that you can really stand firmly in in your truth as sharing this is by really standing in your own innate wholeness.

So it's essential that you practice this coherence,

This vibrational resonance within your own body before and ongoing when you are sharing healing modalities with others.
