
Letting Go Meditation
As human beings, we have a tendency to cling to thoughts, beliefs and past experiences (often subconsciously), even if it's not in our best interest. We may hold onto emotions, fears or beliefs that may have served us at one point, but which eventually keep us from stepping into our happiest, most fulfilled selves. Sometimes these show up as phrases or patterns we have repeated over and over. Or, they could manifest as an all-too-familiar feeling - like worry, anger, or self-criticism - which can keep us from taking steps to create our own happiness. This meditation is designed to help you let go of that which no longer serves you, creating space for new energy, abundance, and joy.
