Caroline is a devoted confidence coach and the creator of the Confidence Builder method. For much of her early life, she struggled with low self-confidence. In her journey to find healing, she discovered the transformative power of meditation, neuroplasticity, and NLP, which brought profound changes to her life. With over 1,053 hours of training and more than 900 hours of meditation practice, Caroline is deeply passionate about helping others build confidence and embrace a fulfilling life. She is always learning, immersing herself in the fields of neuroscience, mindset, NLP, and psychology. Caroline has expanded her path to serve as a Mental Health support worker for people diagnosed with a mental illness, bringing the calming practices of yoga and mindfulness to help ease anxiety with wonderful results. Her heart-centered mission extends beyond her teachings—Caroline has chosen to keep all her tracks free so that everyone has access to them.
