This practice will focus on abundance.
Abundance is an experience in which our needs are met and our deep desires are easily fulfilled.
It's a state of being rather than an inventory of what we own.
When we feel abundant,
We feel fulfilled,
Content,
Joyful,
Appreciative and bountiful with what's already present in the moment.
And what brings us to that state of abundance isn't necessarily material possessions,
Or at least not for the long term.
So let's begin this mindfulness practice to uncover more about how to cultivate an abundant state of mind.
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and bring your attention to the process of breathing.
Letting the air fill your lungs and noticing how your body expands and takes all the oxygen it needs.
And then letting it all go out.
Notice that ongoing exchange of air between our bodies and the external environment.
It's an exchange that never ends and it's what keeps us alive.
And abundance starts right there,
Realizing we're constantly receiving and constantly giving.
So with that in mind,
Focus on your breath for a few more seconds.
And now let's practice the three key aspects of abundance.
The first one is about recognizing and appreciating our current abundance.
Think about two aspects of your life today,
Just as it is,
That feel abundant to you right now.
In which ways do you feel abundant today?
The more abundant and grateful you feel for what you already have,
The more you'll be able to open up for more of it.
So sense what that appreciation,
What that gratitude feel like in your body as you think about your current state of abundance.
The second practice to cultivate abundance is to identify and transcend any limiting beliefs we may have about deserving an abundant life.
You already deserve all the desires and wishes that come from the depths of your inner self.
You don't have to do anything to deserve them.
It's your birthright to shine and to attain your full potential and to be the best version of yourself.
So see if there's anything that may be getting on your way.
Notice if there are any beliefs or stories associated with deserving more from life.
And the third and final step is to open up to receive.
So let's consider the following statements.
I deserve.
I am eager to build the highest version of my life.
There is more than enough for us all.
I open myself to receive.
I am ready to receive support from others.
Abundance flows with ease into my life.
I am ready for more in my life.
I flow with the abundance that already exists in our planet.
I am grateful for all the abundance in the world.
In silence,
Connect with any sensations that may come up as you consider the meaning of those affirmations in your mind and in your heart.

Feel free to turn your palms facing upward or to open your arms just momentarily as a symbol of your readiness to receive more and more abundance in your life.
