We're going to start today with the body's kind meditation.

So let's ground into your body,

Lay down if you need so,

Or sit still in a cushion.

Find a comfortable place.

Let's start by closing our eyes little by little.

And let's take three deep breaths here.

Inhale deep,

Hold the breath,

Hold the breath and exhale.

Inhale deep,

Hold the breath,

Hold the breath and exhale.

One more time,

Inhale deep,

Hold the breath,

Hold the breath and exhale.

We're going to bring our attention to our toes and we're going to imagine,

We're going to scan our body with a beautiful white light,

Brilliant light.

Starting from our toes,

Noticing the tension and imagine breathing into them and releasing the tightness.

Move to your feet,

Start to scan your body with this brilliant and beautiful white light.

Move to your ankles,

Release the tension,

The tightness.

Move to your legs,

Your knees.

Continue upward to your thighs,

Your hips.

And while you're scanning your body,

Feel that parts of your body,

Muscles,

Skin with this brilliant light.

Notice how you're becoming the light.

Continue to your belly,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Release the tension in every exhalation to let go all the tightness and feel how your body is feeling with this light.

Continue upward and scan the neck,

The face,

The forehead.

Release any tightness,

Any tension in your muscles,

In your body.

Inhale deep and exhale from your mouth if you need.

Inhale deep and exhale.

Imagine the warm light,

Brilliant and beautiful light filling your body.

You are becoming the light.

Start by scanning your body again,

The neck,

The face,

The forehead.

Notice if you forget any part and feel it with warm light,

Shoulders,

Belly,

Hips,

Arms,

And all this light is going through your veins,

Your organs,

And all the parts of your body,

Skin,

Through your arms,

It's going through your hands,

Releasing all the tightness,

Tension.

Move to your feet,

Ankles,

And finally into your toes.

Notice how you are becoming this warm light and you feel brilliant.

You feel like you're nurturing yourself with this beautiful and warm light.

Go back to your breath and just observe your inhalation and exhalation.

Don't try to manipulate your breath.

Just observe the calmness in your body,

The stillness in your body.

Rest in the silence for a couple of minutes.

Very gentle,

Start to come back,

Start moving all the parts of your body,

Don't open your eyes,

Just move a little bit your body.

Take a deep breath,

Inhale,

And exhale,

And very,

Very gentle,

Little by little,

When you feel ready,

You're going to open your eyes.

Stay with this warm light and this calmness the rest of your day.

Namaste.
