Very often,

We find it difficult to still our mind during meditation.

We feel restless or in Buddhism,

It refers to a monkey mind.

This practice helps you to still your mind and allows you to deeply listen and enjoy the sound of silence.

By practicing this exercise regularly,

You can improve your meditation skills and enjoy it more.

So let's begin.

Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

Sit down.

Place your feet on the ground.

Gently rest your hands on your lap.

Breathe normally.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Let your body relax and find its own peaceful rhythm.

As you feel yourself beginning to relax,

Gently move your body slightly and resettle your sitting position.

Once you feel settled,

Be aware of your surroundings,

The sounds you may hear,

The feeling of the chair,

The cushion,

The floor.

Allow them to simply be a part of you.

Focus for a moment on your breath.

Easy,

Not too deep.

As you relax more,

The pace of your breathing will become more natural and comfortable.

Notice how fresh every breath you are taking,

Nourishing each of your body cells.

Focus on your chest where your heart chakra is.

Imagine that you are now expanding yourself beyond your body.

You the soul are standing in front of your physical body.

You see yourself sitting calmly in a chair,

Breathing,

Meditating.

Let's pan the camera and look at yourself from above.

You move up a bit and see the top of your head.

Create the idea that you are expanding yourself beyond the room that you are in.

See yourself floating above it.

Now let's explore outside your room.

You float higher and higher.

You see your home,

Your house,

Your building.

Put your full attention on going up beyond it.

You feel great,

Safe,

Relaxed,

Free.

Look down.

You see the city,

The entire country.

Look further.

You see big patches of land,

Ocean,

Neighboring countries.

Let's visit the places that you have never been to before.

Wow,

Such an amazing world.

Mountains,

Rivers,

Lakes,

Desert,

Ocean,

Islands,

Forests,

Glaciers,

Mountains,

Mountains,

Glaciers.

You feel lighter and lighter.

Everything looks so tiny.

Let's move up a little more.

Gradually you see the entire earth is a blue sphere hanging in space.

So funny.

How beautiful.

Relax your body,

Your shoulders.

Keep breathing and smile.

See yourself looking down on earth,

Floating like a green blue gem.

Let's go further out into deep space.

You drift and drift and drift.

Suddenly you notice everything is still and quiet.

From the bottom of your heart,

You feel peace,

Tranquility and joy.

Feel your body totally accepting the stillness of the mind.

Allow your body's health to absorb the benefits of silence.

Let it embrace you.

Slowly inhale.

Exhale.

Something's a little strange.

You feel that you have changed,

Somehow,

From inside.

You no longer feel that tense,

Worried,

Negative emotions.

In fact,

Everything is all good.

Yes,

You the soul is expanding.

From your heart,

You accept things as they are.

I love everything.

I forgive myself.

I forgive others.

I create.

I am generous.

I am light.

I am love.

I am compassion.

I am peace.

I love everything.

I forgive myself.

I forgive others.

I create.

I am generous.

I am light.

I am love.

I am compassion.

I am peace.

I love everything.

I forgive myself.

I forgive others.

I create.

I am generous.

I am light.

I am love.

I am compassion.

I am peace.

Thank you.

You are expanded beyond your human nature.

Allow the human mind to think of God.

As God always thinks from a point of peace,

Then so do you.

Remind yourself that you are not merely a physical body.

You are a soul existing in multiple dimensions.

An unlimited source of energy existing everywhere.

You have free will to go wherever you like.

Now,

It's time to return to Earth.

In front of you is the good old Earth.

Very blue.

Very beautiful.

You see the area where you live.

Your building.

Your house.

Your room.

Your back to your physical body.

Gently move your hands and legs.

Your neck.

Shoulders.

Bring back your awareness to your physical surroundings.

Very good.

Today your human nature has leveled up a little bit.

Practice this exercise often and next time when you meditate,

You'll find yourself calmer and more peaceful.
