This practice is a form of sound healing. We self-heal ourselves by humming. Let the sound flow and vibrate throughout our body. The vibrations of humming stimulate our nervous system, slow down the heartbeat, reduce blood pressure, and help relieve our stress by releasing happy hormones. Overall, it boosts the body's immune system. Let's be healthy and happy!

The frequency of sound is the most powerful energy in the universe.

The music we listen to,

The sounds that we enjoy,

They bring happiness and sometimes stir feelings and emotions in us.

Today's practice is a form of sound healing.

But we don't use external sounds.

Instead,

We produce sounds by ourselves to adjust the body's frequencies and vibrations.

The method is very simple.

We just take a deep breath,

And when we exhale,

We hum like this.

Humming has a very healing effect.

It vibrates our body cells.

The vibrations of humming stimulate our nervous system,

Slow down the heartbeat,

Reduce blood pressure,

And help relieve our stress by releasing happy hormones.

On the whole,

It boosts the body's immune system.

Sometimes when you suddenly feel anxious,

Just take a moment of silence and hum for a few minutes,

And that can immediately calm your mind too.

So let's try it together now.

Please close your eyes,

And keep your lips also closed.

Take a slow,

Deep breath.

Exhale.

That's it.

Very simple,

Isn't it?

For the next 3 minutes,

Please continue the breathing and humming at your own pace.

You may direct the hum to any parts of your body that you want to heal.

For example,

If you have shoulder or neck pain,

Or discomfort in your chest,

Use your intention and direct the hum to those areas.

Please begin.

Very good.

Now adjust your posture.

Sit comfortably,

Settle in.

Make sure your ears,

Shoulders,

And belly button align in a straight line.

For the next 3 minutes,

We go inside and feel.

Feel any vibrations from the sound you just produced resonating and lingering in your body.

Notice how each of your body cells is adjusting and working hard in this self-healing process.

Feel and breathe naturally.

Please begin.

Now place your hands together in front of your chest.

Sincerely say thank you for everything.
