Each of us carries some form of trauma in different areas of our life.
It could be from childhood,
During our teenage years.
Or the issue has been with us from birth till now.
Sometimes you may feel guilty,
But when you think about it,
You wonder why you had that strange feeling as you did nothing wrong.
We all have an innate.
Innate is like a hard disk with infinite storage recording all that we did in our past lives and in this life.
Every day we carry with us a whole bunch of these data.
Some of them are happy data.
Some are not so happy.
Today is time to work on those not so happy data and remove them from our innate.
So how?
By forgiving yourself and loving yourself.
Please find a place where you won't be disturbed.
Sit down.
Sit straight.
Feet on the floor.
Gently rest your arms on both sides of your body.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your facial expressions.
Let's take five deep breaths to calm down.
Breathe in through the nose.
Breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the mouth.
Breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the mouth.
Breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the mouth.
Breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the mouth.
Breathe out through the mouth.
Breathe in through the mouth.
Breathe in through the mouth.
Now breathe naturally for one minute.
Inhale and exhale through the nose.
Inhale and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale and exhale through the mouth.
Place both your hands on your chest.
If you know what causes your trauma,
Focus on the issue.
If you're not quite sure,
Don't worry.
Simply know that this exercise helps you remove your traumas.
