Hi,

This practice is simple yet effective.

It only takes a few minutes to help you calm down.

When we feel peace inside,

We make better decisions and have better ideas.

So let's get started.

Please settle down in a quiet place.

Sit up straight.

Relax your shoulders.

Let's take a deep breath.

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Now we use our little fingers and make a pinky promise gesture.

Lock your left and right pinky fingers together like making a promise to yourself.

Keep this pinky gesture and close your eyes.

Let's take one deep breath.

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Let go of your thoughts.

Clear your mind.

Now raise your pinky gesture and bring it to your chest.

Relax your shoulders.

You've made a circle connecting your heart and your hands.

Energy flows from your heart chakra to one hand and returns to the other hand.

Continue breathing and feel the energy moving in your body.

We say hello to our heart chakra.

This energy center is now open and healthy.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your eyebrows.

Focus on your heart.

Continue breathing.

We'll remain in this posture for a while.

Slowly feel the quiet,

Comfortable energy filling your entire body.

So let's take one last deep breath.

Inhale deeply,

Let the air fill up your lungs.

Slowly breathe out.

So whenever you find yourself in a bad mood or somehow a little agitated,

Simply do this exercise and the world will turn better.

Namaste.

Meet your Teacher

This was a surprise for me. It was different. My appreciation increased with every moment that I was guided toward my calm. I will revisit it for sure.

Wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I did. I really appreciate the invitation not just to focus on the breath but to focus on the movement of energy through my arms and through my body and back into my heart chakra again. That concentration would help a lot if I was feeling anxious, no I was actually just trying it out. Nevertheless, I do feel more grounded, And I was already feeling pretty good. Thank you, Carmen.
