At some point in time on our human journey, we will all need immediate relief. Your intelligent heart has the answers. This simple ritual practiced daily, will create instant immediate relief when under extreme fear! Your intelligent heart provides you with the complete first aid kit when shock and distress need to be managed.

Hearts I love you all.

Immediate relief when you are feeling overloaded,

Anxious,

Stressed,

When your heart goes into shock is part of being human.

All these things happen to us and they happen to us on a regular basis,

Could be a couple of times a day.

Or more,

If you're doing something new or different.

Immediate relief must be given to a heart that has gone into shock.

The shock represents a form of abandonment,

Even the shock of knowing that your life could be taken from you or impending surgery,

Disease,

Illness,

Stress,

Related depressions.

The relief must come immediately before the heart closes down because the heart doesn't have cortisol rushing through the bloodstream to the brain when you have had a shock,

An accident,

A wound and anything that requires immediate relief requires you to immediately allow the heart to reset itself and this can be done very simply.

If under extreme stress,

Say to your heart,

Heart just repeating this,

Even up to a hundred times,

So the trigger from the overstimulated,

Exhausted adrenal system can be balanced,

Is the biggest hormonal gland in the body.

It responds to stress by pouring hormone into it to stabilize itself but it must be given space to do this.

When it closes down there can be a great sense of anxiety,

Panic attacks,

Etc.

Instant,

Immediate relief is like having first aid training or having a first aid kit.

You know where the supplies are,

You know how to get them and you know how to bandage the wound.

Just taking your heart,

Taking your heart and saying to your heart,

Placing it in your hand,

The day will invariably come when I'm going to need to practice this ritual to bring the immediate relief from the shock of either witnessing something or having something happen to me.

Knowing that the first aid kit will have to be got ready at one point in your life,

Builds up a very healthy defense mechanism within your heart's cellular memory and gentle breath,

If possible,

Will help you reset the heart,

The breath invariably becomes very shallow.

Sometimes we just hold our breath and breath with heart I love you activation is the surest way of getting to your heart and getting the intent re-established for you to solve the problem.

Any emergency requires help and it requires help from sources outside the mind and sources outside the emotional heart which run on fear,

Shock,

Pouring more fear from unmet issues,

Needs,

Attachments.

To get help requires discipline,

To get help requires surrender.

Allow yourself to discipline yourself and to be in surrender for the period in your life where you may need immediate relief.

This will enable your heart to send magnetic energy out into the field,

The field of the one heart and energy from all sources of love will make themselves available to that heart in stress immediately.

Help me heart,

I'm in trouble.

If available to you place your hands on your heart and always remember to breathe with your compassionate heart,

Bringing love into yourself,

Bringing love into the situation you've found yourself into,

Knowing a solution will be found when you're not attached to anything.

This requires discipline and training and it's best done when you're not needing immediate relief,

When you're going about your day in a normal way and that means that you won't get triggered,

Over triggered by the day-to-day events of life that can trigger a lots of unresolved patterns of fear.

Immediate relief requires help.

It requires help immediately and instantly and your heart has the answer for it.
