Now we begin with the breath,
Breathing in and out through the nose,
And again,
Finding the belly rise and fall with every breath.
We're going to be taking you through 20 minutes today of pure silence,
Creating that space,
That phenomenal gift.
Are we ready?
It is time for you to find 20 minutes of silence.
And that begins now.
Welcome back.
You have done so well.
Remember it's not about meditation perfect.
It's about meditation practice.
And when we find silence,
That is the purest form of meditation.
Not being distracted by anything else,
But that connection to our inner world.
And the more we practice this meditation of silence and the concentration of the breathing in and out and the inner world,
The more all the stress hormones get released,
The more we learn to respond to our external world and the calmer we are in life.
Now that you can do 20 minutes of silence,
Practice the 20 minutes every day and give yourself that gift of space.
