Welcome to State of Mind School Finding Silence and this is your intermediate Finding Silence meditation.

Today we'll experience 10 minutes of pure space in the silence.

Let's connect now with the breath.

Breathing in and out through the nose.

Feeling the belly arise and fall.

Connecting with the breath.

Connecting into the body.

And that deep knowing that you are giving yourself this wonderful gift.

In a moment you will hear nothing but silence.

And that is your time just to breathe.

If the mind starts to wander just remember it's about programming yourself to come back to the focus on the breath and the rising and the falling of the belly.

Don't worry about how many times you might wander.

Just congratulate yourself every time you come back.

I will mind the time.

Your 10 minutes of silence starts now.

Welcome back and well done.

Deepening the breath now.

Feeling the oxygen flood the body in all that space we've been able to create with this 10 minutes of silence.

Taking a moment to think about how many times you brought yourself back.

How many times you started the reprogramming of connecting into that inner world.

Now let's take our hands to our hearts and saying our little prayer of gratitude together.

I am grateful for all that I am.

I am grateful for all that I will be.

I am grateful for all that I have been.

I am grateful.

I am loved.

And I am enough.

I am grateful.

I am loved.

And I am enough.

May the peace in me ignite the peace in you now and forever.

Namaste.

Enjoy your day.
