Welcome to State of Mind School.

This is Kali,

And this is your finding silence beginner meditation.

Today,

We are going to be experiencing five minutes of silence.

But before we start,

We are gonna concentrate the breath on the nose.

So today,

We are going to breathe in and out of the nose,

Feeling the breath come in,

And feeling the breath go out.

It is also nice to concentrate on the tummy rising and falling.

I want you to engage with the sensations of the air coming in and out of the nose.

And I want you to engage with the sensation of the body rising and falling with the breath.

Taking a few minutes here to center yourself and to find your focus.

Can you feel the breath come in and out of the nose?

Can you feel the breath come in and out of the nose?

Can you connect with the sensations in the body as you breathe?

Can you narrow the thoughts to just the belly rising and falling and the breath coming in and out of the nose?

In a moment,

You will have silence and you are just to concentrate on the air coming in and out of the nose and the belly rising and falling.

I will mind the time.

The silence starts now.

Welcome back.

I hope that you enjoyed the silence and that you can feel the space in the body.

Let's take a moment to deepen our breath and just come back into the room,

Placing both hands at our heart.

We just repeat our little gratitude prayer.

I am grateful for all that I am.

I am grateful for all that I will be.

I am grateful for all that I have been.

I am grateful,

I am loved,

And I am enough.

I am grateful,

I am loved,

And I am enough.

And we just repeat together,

Om Shanti.

May the peace in me ignite the peace in you now and forever.

Namaste and have a beautiful day.
