Welcome to State of Mind School.

This is your finding silence meditation.

We are going to be doing the advanced version today and we're going to find 15 minutes of pure silence.

Let's now concentrate on the breath coming in and out of the nose.

Feeling the belly rise and the belly fall.

And allowing your body to sink into itself.

Allowing the peace within the body.

Allowing that beautiful oxygen to flood and heal.

Again you will hear silence come in and that is your challenge to have 15 minutes of pure silence.

The gift that will allow space to come into the body.

Concentrate just on the air coming in and out of the nose.

And the breath allowing the body to rise and fall deep in that belly.

Don't worry about how many times your mind wanders off.

Just congratulate yourself for coming back.

Your 15 minutes of silence starts now.

Welcome back and congratulations.

Just taking a moment now to check in and feel the space that you have created in the body with this pure silence.

Focusing on nothing but the breath.

Taking our hands now to our hearts and saying a beautiful prayer of gratitude.

I am grateful.

I am loved.
