Feel the breeze of gentle calm and relaxing air.
Imagine the air having a color of green.
Now feel and imagine the gentle green air is coming in through your nostrils.
It's entering your body effortlessly as it's a gift of nature.
Imagine that the green air is spreading everywhere in your body.
Feel the calmness of the green air.
Feel the freshness of the green air.
And feel the positivity of the green air.
Let the air spread and settle everywhere in your body.
Now focus on your heart center and guide your mind and heart to collect all your worries,
Stress,
Pain and tensions in your heart center.
Imagine that the stress,
Worries,
Pain and tensions are coming out from different parts of your body in a form of red toxic air and storing in your heart center.
Collect the red toxic air for as much as you can and throw them out from your body with a deep and strong exhalation.
Imagine the red toxic air is releasing out from your nostrils.
Feel the freedom.
Feel the lightness.
Feel the light as a feather and fresh as a newborn baby.
Now again let the green air enter your body through your nostrils without any effort.
Imagine and feel the calm,
Fresh and relaxing flow of the air and let it spread all over your body.
Remember to keep your jaw relaxed.
Relax your eyes.
Relax your eyebrows and relax your shoulders.
Imagine the green air has spread all over your body and settled.
Hold your breath and collect the remaining pain,
Stress and the tensions to your heart center in the form of red toxic air.
Now with a deep exhalation throw them all out of your body.
Relax.
