When we look at the ocean, we see these same three movements. Visualize the waves of the ocean. Relate and connect them with your breath. When the waves rise to their highest, relate it with your inhalation. Expand like the wave. As the waves break onto the shore, relate and connect them with your breath. Just as the waves fall and lose mass, your exhale releases built-up tension and anxiety. Release like the wave. Take another deep breath in, but this time hold it while you visualize the deepest part of the ocean. The deep ocean is calm, quiet and stable. Hold your breath with stability and calmness. Now exhale. As the ocean culls another wave, begin to inhale. Repeat this process until you feel a great sense of relief. Life has ups and downs, just as the ocean has high and low tides, but you also have depth, calmness and stability if you know where to discover and connect with it. When you find the ocean within you, you find just how easy it is to live a life of freedom.

Hello and Namaste to you beautiful souls.

My name is Yoki Arijit.

Welcome to join me to the journey of breathing for detox and rejuvenation.

First of all make sure that you are in a quiet and calm place.

Somewhere you will not be disturbed.

Lie down or sit down with a straight back in the most comfortable position for you.

Close your eyes gently and relax.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your eyebrows.

Relax your forehead.

Relax your shoulders.

Bring your focus on just under your nostrils.

Feel the breeze of gentle calm and relaxing air.

Imagine the air having a color of green.

Now feel and imagine the gentle green air is coming in through your nostrils.

It's entering your body effortlessly as it's a gift of nature.

Imagine that the green air is spreading everywhere in your body.

Feel the calmness of the green air.

Feel the freshness of the green air.

And feel the positivity of the green air.

Let the air spread and settle everywhere in your body.

Now focus on your heart center and guide your mind and heart to collect all your worries,

Stress,

Pain and tensions in your heart center.

Imagine that the stress,

Worries,

Pain and tensions are coming out from different parts of your body in a form of red toxic air and storing in your heart center.

Collect the red toxic air for as much as you can and throw them out from your body with a deep and strong exhalation.

Imagine the red toxic air is releasing out from your nostrils.

Feel the freedom.

Feel the lightness.

Feel the light as a feather and fresh as a newborn baby.

Now again let the green air enter your body through your nostrils without any effort.

Imagine and feel the calm,

Fresh and relaxing flow of the air and let it spread all over your body.

Remember to keep your jaw relaxed.

Relax your eyes.

Relax your eyebrows and relax your shoulders.

Imagine the green air has spread all over your body and settled.

Hold your breath and collect the remaining pain,

Stress and the tensions to your heart center in the form of red toxic air.

Now with a deep exhalation throw them all out of your body.

Relax.

Follow this audio guide whenever you feel you are in stress.

You can follow it every night before sleep.

It will give you inner calmness,

Easy and lighter feeling.

It will detox your body and mind which will help you to have better sleep and rejuvenation.

I usually cannot settle my body and mind to relax because I always get too many thoughts coming. Following the instructions in the audio helped me to direct my attention to each body part to relax. In the end I was surprised and pleased that not only my body relaxed, but also I felt less intense and worried! This really worked even just for a brief amount of time for the day!

I found this very relaxing. It isn’t a meditation in the purest form, but actually self-hypnosis as I learned from the teacher’s website. I will be doing this daily. Among other things, before doing it my blood pressure was 132/89 and after, it had come down to 121/84. Thanks!
