Welcome to day 13.
As we round out our second week,
I'd like you to take a moment here to thank yourself.
You have accomplished so much in a short period of time.
And if it weren't for your dedication,
Your devotion to this practice,
We would not be here.
Today's guided meditation is affirmations of gratitude.
So when you're ready,
Finding yourself in a comfortable position,
Seated or climbed,
Supported or not.
Affirmations offer inspiration and support in building the capacity to identify and remember gratitude each day.
From research,
We know that something must be repeated seven times to be remembered.
So as we move through these affirmations,
I will repeat them seven times.
And I invite you to repeat these with me.
We'll take some deep breaths in through the nose,
Just allowing ourselves to settle in here and let the body relax.
Notice if the shoulders are shrugging up.
See if you can draw them down.
Experiencing some gratitude for this breath for this moment.
And we will begin.
I am grateful for the gifts I received from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I received from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
My heart holds gratitude toward others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude toward others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude toward others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude toward others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude toward others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude toward others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude toward others,
Myself and the greater good.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
For my health.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself,
And the greater good.
I am open to receive and give love.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I am grateful for my health.
I rejoice in the way things are.
Feeling free to return to the seven repetitions,
Or coming back to this key phrase,
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself,
And the greater good.
I am open to give and receive love.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
I am grateful for my health.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I thank you for joining me today.
I hope you enjoyed this guided meditation.
I look forward to seeing you on day 14,
As we start into our final week.
Rest easy,
My friends.
