Welcome to day 2 of the 21 day process to open your heart.

So today we're going to start right away into the meditation.

With that,

I have my sound bowl again to help.

So what I would like for you to begin doing is to get seated into a comfortable position whether you are on the ground or on a chair or even in your bed.

To come into a comfortable position,

Ideally seated,

Cross-legged,

Sitting on your legs,

Hands relaxed and ideally turned upwards.

And begin to close your eyes and begin to very steadily breathe.

So I want you to engage in a process of breathing where you breathe in for 5 seconds and then you breathe out for 5 seconds.

So as you hear my voice,

Please maintain this rhythm and just allow yourself to sink into stillness within and stillness without.

And as I'm speaking,

Refrain from going into the story or meaning of what I'm saying and just hear my voice come and go.

Making no meaning.

I'm just receiving,

Just hearing.

If you don't mind a machine or a set of gears,

Try to make sure that you are able to hear any gears turning or moving.

Train a start.

The machine is your mistake.

In this process,

An open door is like an open heart.

So if you picture an open door,

It could be any color,

It could be a red door,

It could be a brown door,

It could be a steel-gray door,

Metallic.

It's very similar to an open heart.

If you think about the heart as the center of your emotion and the center of where all your feelings come and be affected,

Then you can picture an open door like a door to your mind,

Like an open door policy.

You can let people in and you can let people out.

When people want to come in,

They can.

Like people in your life,

They can come in,

They can sit down,

They can be a part of your home or just live in your heart.

And remember as you visualize this,

Please continue to monitor the breath.

In and out,

Like the wind or like waves.

Just remembering to breathe.

Maybe you're picturing certain people that you've let into your life.

Maybe you're picturing people you would like to let in.

And notice how the people who you may have closed off your heart to and put up red tape or put up rope,

Notice how you still think of them.

So even though they may not feel your heart,

They may feel cold from you,

The coolness not removed from you,

They still exist in your head and they might still exist in your heart.

And when I say just to notice it,

I mean just notice it.

No need to get into the story.

Develop an interpretation of your process.

If it comes up,

Just notice it.

And breathing.

When people come into your life,

Sometimes they do come into your heart.

And when people talk about all sorts of things in the home of your heart,

They can sit at the table and eat at you.

You might watch a movie afterwards.

There might be lots of talking and chatter.

There might be very little.

There might be positive and glorious laughter.

There might be insults or negative cynicism.

There might be gossip.

There might be celebration.

And when people want to leave your home,

The home of your heart,

That's okay too.

Who knows who can really tell how people can transform,

How people can change.

A girlfriend from their youth can become your business partner 20 years later.

A baby born a few doors down from them could someday be your babysitter for your children.

Who knows who is in charge or what is in control of how people enter in and exit out of them of your heart.

Just continue to breathe.

And now it's time to be alone with your own thoughts for a little bit here.

Feel complete with people entering your life and exiting it.

Be there for yourself,

The whole way through.

Come on to the page.

How the whole world looks and feels and how it smells and how it is in presence and all of your heart.

How the whole world looks and feels and all of your heart.

How the whole world looks and feels and all of your heart.

Remembering that you always have your sacred breath.

You always have a sacred home.

And you always have your sacred heart.

Reminding you that not only are you alive,

That also you are aware and living.

You're living and alive and aware.

What a gift that is.

What a gift that as people walk through or stay in your heart like a home.

Sit at the table with a little bit of a giggle.

Say hello and say goodbye.

That it's their heart that is your home and chosen.

What an honor.

What a deep respect.

What a beautiful heart you must have.

Thank you for meditating.

We're going to close up our sacred space today.

And we're going to get out of meditation.

Not because it's not useful.

Because meditation exists for us to act in the world what we've learned from the sacred time spent with ourselves.

So we can be better versions of ourselves out there in the world once we've meditated.

Thank you for meditating.

And remember to keep your heart open.

Great content and voic, but sometimes music would be louder than the wonderful voice.
