Welcome to today's video.
Today is a healing,
A meditation and also a practice something that you can try doing for a few days.
I recommend doing at least a week of that,
Setting reminders because it's a very simple exercise actually we're gonna do it together right now I'm going to show you and if you want to keep on watching this every day for seven days that's fine but you also do not need it you just visualize it in your head and it will do exactly what it needs to do.
So this is the meditation and the visualization around the symbol of the infinites,
The eight that is on the side and what we're doing is that we're helping the different hemispheres of the brain connect to one another and there's something of it it's it's a little like a trance when you do that exercise in your head and you visualize a little dot moving in a specific way along the eight and you're gonna try to not have it move so fast you're actually gonna go pretty slowly and you're gonna do that while being aware of your breathing,
Your being and then you just continue for a few minutes until you switch sides and you turn in the other way so you're just in your mind's eye closing your eyes and visualizing that dot and that really helps you to contact the spaces where trauma has been stored and you are really helping yourself to just go through all the different reactions and free up that space and I've done it I've heard it from the author material by Tom Kenyon and that was great that was really helpful and I actually did it and that's what I do now when I feel something is coming up or I need some peace of mind just those few minutes of visualizing and really working through that is actually very helpful for your brain to also develop different parts of itself because you're contacting you know your mind's eye,
You're contacting hyper awareness on something and that that makes something happen so I hope that you enjoyed this little video it's very calming we're together it's us and if you don't have the time pictorially with the turtle we have the card of the world and it really shows us how we are always within the world we're always going to meet people and situation things that are not always the easiest and most comfortable and that is a thing that never changes you're always going to be at the opposite of you know the hermits you're always going to be with the world so I really wanted us to know that because what we do with this exercise of the eight is that we're helping you we're alleviating some of the you know the situations where you've been in fight flight freeze or phone and freeze is one of the ways that we react unconsciously and that it's not something rational it's not really something you can control but when something happens something dangerous happens or it feels like a threat the unconscious is going to come through and it's going to go through one of those four situations so you either fight so that you can defend yourself and you can be safe or you flight which means you run away you disappear you avoid the danger and we often talk about those two but there are other options and we usually have shame around those things as if we had control but we don't we really don't so this freeze which is you just become like a statue you just don't move and you find that in a lot of different animals but there's that real constriction and that's totally normal you don't have to have shame about that and like that's one of my of my thing like I tense up and I just become very very stuck because that's that's how I've been used to doing it I couldn't fight I couldn't flight so that's what happened and there's also a phone but that's not what we're talking about today so when we do the eight we're actually going into all the different parts of the freeze and we see it with a lot of different therapies that include you doing the eight movement we also see it within the dance of the Sufis who are turning on themselves and they have specific position of the hands so they create different fields when they turn on themselves we also know that to kind of help horses that have been traumatized we let them walk into that eight and what was observed by the author of the athor material is that when we reach the junction between those two spheres when you reach the middle of the eight or the infinite there's this something that happens and this is when we free up things there so if you have any reaction to what we're gonna do right now just let it happen because you're dispersing the past okay and I have a disclaimer this video is incense I absolutely love love love it it is sweet grass and yerba santa and it's my second to last I love it I can't you know I have no words it's just the absolute best so I'm gonna use this and with that sacred smoke we're obviously helping you to heal your aura so I'm gonna light this up and I'm going to do an eight with it and we're gonna do just five minutes of it we're gonna do that in both directions and I would love for you to just follow with your eyes not with your head with your eyes the movement and let that relaxation take over the smoke that comes out is going to be helping to dispel all the energies that are really releasing out of yourself and that's it and then you can come back tomorrow and the day after and continue to do that for a week all right thank you so we're just gonna follow and we're gonna try to go as slow as possible and you're just gonna follow with your eyes I'm gonna make a bigger eight and breathe in and breathe out and breathe in and breathe out just focus on that and I'm gonna slow and when we come to the middle we release if we need to shake if we need to stretch up if we need to stand up that's totally okay and encouraged and we say goodbye to the past choosing new ways of expressing ourselves of being of connecting with the present moment I believe in you I believe in your healing luminescence your radiance your self acceptance I'm gonna slow down because we're gonna change direction and we pick up where we left off you can heal today you can heal right now it can be that easy and maybe there is an event coming through a memory or a sensation memory isn't always exact it shows us how we felt not exactly what happened and we allow that to come forth so that we can release and free ourselves thank you so much and well
