Tov Hashem lakol,

Tov is goodness.

Hashem,

The underlying divinity of all being.

We might say the formless,

The ein sof,

The infinite that takes the form of all things.

That is the goodness inherent within lakol,

Within everything.

Baruch ata Hashem,

Blessed are you,

Divine reality,

Mabish arumim,

Who clothes itself in the forms of all things,

All phenomena,

All experience,

All feelings,

All thoughts,

All beings.

We connect with this underlying goodness,

This goodness with no opposite.

Tov Hashem,

Tov Hashem lakol,

Tov Hashem,

Tov Hashem lakol,

Baruch ata Hashem,

Blessed are you,

Divine reality,

Mabish arumim,

Who clothes itself in the forms of all things,

All phenomena,

All experience,

All feelings,

All feelings,

All experience,

All feelings,

All feelings,

All feelings,

All feelings,

All feelings,

All aesthetics,

Every feeling,

Every Administre's.

B'aruch atah Hashem,

Mala b'isharurim B'aruch atah Hashem,

Mala b'isharurim And preparing to come into meditation,

Letting your body be relaxed and unencumbered,

But your spine relatively straight.

Letting go of excess tension,

But keeping enough energy in the body to be sitting up.

And taking the Kavanah to offer your attention from the heart to the fullness of this moment on all levels,

All levels of experience.

Being aware of the sensory level,

Feeling of your body.

The sensation of the flow of breath,

Breathing in and out.

The sounds,

Whatever sounds are present,

The world around you.

Letting go of the stream of thinking and offering your attention,

Your attentiveness to the fullness of this moment.

To the Tov Hashem,

The divine goodness inherent in this moment on all levels.

Bringing your right hand to your heart and offering attention with L'cha,

Deep breath in.

L'cha.

And bringing left hand to your belly,

Awareness flowing down into your organs.

Flowing like water down from your belly,

Down through your legs to your feet and toes.

Rising up,

Filling your torso,

Saturating your organs,

Your cells,

All of your body systems with awareness.

Flowing down through your arms,

Hands and fingers.

Filling your torso and your limbs with consciousness.

Becoming present with the facial muscles,

Shoulders and neck muscles.

Again,

Releasing excess tension,

But also bringing a little smile to your lips to express this benevolent generosity of presence in the temple of the body.

And anchoring this body awareness with Naseh,

Deep breath in.

Naseh.

And bringing right hand to lightly touch your forehead,

Aware of the world around you,

Sounds,

Objects,

Light,

Whole feel of this space.

Knowing that the outer world and the inner world are all living in one field of consciousness.

And you are this field,

Vast,

Open,

Silent,

Complete,

Whole,

Radiant,

Miraculous.

You are this field.

Vini ishma,

Deep breath in.

Vini ishma.

Kissing your fingers,

Relaxing your hands.

Atiahu.

You who are the Tov Hashem,

The goodness underlying all being.

You are not separate from anything that we perceive,

Anything that is.

You are not separate from this awareness that we are.

Atiahu Atiahu tariffs,

International tariffs,

And bringing the chant into your mind,

Anchoring the mind in the vibration of the chant,

Allowing thoughts to arise but then not engaging with them,

Letting them dissipate as they will,

Coming back to the tefilah at yahu.

And we'll come into silence for about seven minutes.

Okay.

I really enjoyed the familiarity of the Hebrew language. I was raised Jewish, and Bat Mitzvahed, but I could use a reminder of some of the translations. I know you said it out loud, but I could use more repetition of the English words and phrases to help recall the meaning. Thank you!
