Hello and welcome.

I'm so happy to have you join me today.

I am Candy Foster and I am a mindfulness meditation instructor,

A Reiki master teacher and a certified health coach.

My struggles and experiences in life are what drive me to do what I do.

On my journey,

I have found that 90% of the time,

No matter what we're dealing with,

Mindset is so key.

Mindset plays such a huge part of our success or failure at everything we do.

How do we get our heads in the game and keep it there though?

That is precisely why I created this meditation.

To help us all keep our heads in the game,

Inspired and motivated and self-empowered.

Are you ready?

Then let's do this.

I suggest coming back to this later with a pen and paper in hand.

So you can go back over the questions and dig deeper,

Do a little journaling,

Any of that good dealing with stuff.

Alright,

So please find yourself a comfortable space where you can relax but have a nice straight spine.

Our spine is like a train track to our energy.

So the straighter it is,

The better the energy will flow.

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.

And let it all go out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in.

And release fully.

One more deep breath in.

And let it all go.

Come back to a softer,

Gentler,

More natural breath and just settle into it.

Allow it to nurture and calm your body and your mind.

Let this breath help you settle and relax.

Relaxing a little more with each breath.

Starting to settle into a more present state of mind.

This is what the breath allows us to do.

Now I'd like you to bring to mind something you may have been struggling with before.

As an observer.

Judgment free and with no attachment.

From this place,

We can clearly analyze the situation.

Ask yourself these questions.

What has not been working?

Just go with whatever comes up first.

What needs to be done?

Why haven't I done it?

Am I making excuses?

Why?

Am I afraid?

Why?

What am I afraid of?

What is my next best move?

When will I do it?

Am I procrastinating?

Now when will I do it?

Facing our fears and getting out of our own way is the first step towards accomplishing our goals.

Once we face our fears,

We can move forward.

Now that you know what you need to do and when you'll do it,

Visualize it.

Yes,

Right now.

You say this affirmation to yourself right now.

Now bring your mind to that moment.

That moment when you're going to move forward.

Take that next step.

You say it again.

Visualize being there.

That moment ready to do it.

See yourself actually taking that step and following through.

How does this feel?

You're doing it.

Feel it and know what it feels like.

Keep visualizing it as long as you need to,

To be successful.

Keep reciting the affirmation as long as you need to.

I am committed to me,

My passions,

Goals,

And my success.

I am committed to me,

My passions,

Goals,

And my success.

Can you hear it getting louder in your mind?

I am committed to me,

My passions,

Goals,

And my success.

Feel it.

You're on your way to your success.

The success you want to be.

Find the goals you want to meet and live the passions you want to live.

You have the power to do anything you can dream possible.

So step out of your shadow.

Shine for the world to see.

Shine for the world to see.

Start to come back to the breath.

Start to come back to the here and the now and your physical space.

Deepen your breath.

I hope that helped light the spark on your goals and your dreams.

I suggest coming back to this meditation daily as long as you need it.

Sometimes your goals may change,

But the process is the same.

Keep your head in the game and empower yourself.

You are your biggest asset.
