Hello and welcome.

This is Candy Foster.

I am a meditation instructor and a Reiki Master teacher.

And today I'm inspired to do a little combination between combining mindfulness meditation and Ho'oponopono meditation.

In the process of trying to be mindful and staying in that state of quieting of the mind,

I have found that using my Ho'oponopono process,

I can start to remove those memories and those habits and become better at being in that present state of mind.

So find a comfortable position with a nice straight spine and let's settle in.

This will be a little less guided and we'll just kind of follow in how the mind goes and we'll add,

We'll try to go into that meditative state and then as our mind starts to wander we'll recite our Ho'oponopono.

So let's take a deep breath in and release.

Take another deep breath in,

Filling the lungs and the stomach and then let it all go back out.

Letting it all go.

Take one more deep breath in and release.

Settle into that softer,

Gentler breath.

Allow that to soothe the body and the mind.

Just focus on the breath.

Allowing each cycle to quiet the mind a little more.

Make sure your mind starts to wander and you can just let it wander.

Just acknowledge those thoughts.

Let them go and recite your Ho'oponopono to yourself.

I'm sorry.

Forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

We'll do that eight times.
