Hello and welcome.
My name is Candy Foster.
Those of you who don't know me,
I am a mindfulness meditation instructor and a Reiki Master Teacher,
And my passion is to help others find their peace and higher consciousness.
Today we'll go to our happy place because I find that is the best way to let go of stress and raise my vibration at the same time.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable place where you can remain for the duration of this meditation and settle in.
Close your eyes.
Antique a deep replenishing breath in.
Filling the lungs.
And release the breath out through the mouth.
Take another deep cleansing breath in.
And release.
One more time.
Breathe in deeply.
Hold it at the top just for a moment.
And release fully.
Come back to a softer,
Gentler breath.
Just settle into the cycle of it.
In and out.
In and out.
Allow it to relax your body a little more with each exhalation.
All in each breath.
Start to bring into your mind's eye that place that makes you happy,
Content and just serene.
Sit by the water in the forest under the stars.
Is there a perfect vacation or place that you would like to be?
This is yours and only yours,
So picture it the way that feels best for you.
And settle into the scene.
Feel the environment around you.
And let it rest for a moment.
Let it rest for a moment.

Let it rest for a moment.
And that mood.
How does it make you feel?
Just take this time to go deeper.
Feel it deeper.
Let each breath take you deeper and deeper into your happy place.
All of your worries start to melt away.
Into that surface room.
Allow the earth to take it all on for you.
As it all melts away from your body.
Notice your body feeling better.
Emotional state feeling better.
Maybe you even forget what you were here to forget.
Why you started.
Now just sit and dwell in your happy place until this relaxed and recharged feeling overflows.
Until you feel like you've had enough and can't get any happier.
As it fills you up,
Feel it run over.
Take a deep exhalation.
Feel deep gratitude for your happy place.
This place that you can come back to at any time you need it.
Gratitude that it is available to you anytime.
Let that gratitude overflow.
Just like your content.
Do you have a chance?
Notice your surroundings and take a deep breath in.
And release.
Bring some small movements into your body.
And open your eyes when you're ready.
