Welcome,

Radiant Soul.

Let's begin by taking a slow,

Deep breath in and exhale fully.

Feel the air moving gently in and out of your body.

Now,

We'll use the 4-2-6 breathing technique.

Inhale for a count of 4,

Hold for 2,

Exhale for 6.

Let's repeat this 3 more times.

In for 4.

Feel the breath anchor you,

Pulling you into the present moment.

Imagine each inhale drawing in calm,

Peaceful energy.

With each exhale,

Release stress,

Tension,

And overwhelm.

Now,

Visualize yourself in a busy holiday moment,

Perhaps in a crowd or handling tasks.

See yourself using this breath to stay calm,

Present,

And steady.

Now,

Take a moment to let your breath move naturally.

Feeling the rhythm of your own body,

Notice the calm and clarity that arises.

Let's take one final deep breath in and exhale fully.

I invite you to carry this sense of centeredness with you today,

Knowing that your breath is always available to bring you peace.

Thank you so much for joining.

Namaste.

Thank you so much for joining.
