As you get comfortable closing your eyes,
Just take some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And again in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And imagine as you breathe now that the air is circling in through your nose,
Flowing in up through your forehead and up to the crown of your head.
And now it just flows down your head and down your back and your spine,
Down your legs,
Down to your feet.
And when you breathe in again,
You can breathe this air up through the feet,
Up through the knees to the hips,
To the stomach,
To the chest,
Right back up to the mouth.
So that you're creating a beautiful cycle of cleansing air energy in through your entire being.
So again,
Imagine this cycle as you just breathe in through the nose and allow it to circulate through the forehead to the head,
Down the back,
Down the legs,
Down to your feet,
To the knees,
To the stomach,
To the chest,
Right back up to your mouth.
And breathe in and out,
Imagining this cycle.
And adjust the tempo as you'd like.
Taking really deep,
Slow breaths and then quickening the pace if you'd like,
Just a little,
So that you can complete this cycle from your nose back and around to your lips in just a couple seconds.
And with each cycle that takes place,
Know that you are recycling,
Breathing out and exhaling any static,
Anything that's stale,
Any feelings or emotions,
Beliefs or fears,
That have tried to embed themselves into your cellular being.
And with each breath in,
Know that you are starting a new revolution.
With each breath,
You are committing to a new moment.
You are awakening to a new version of yourself.
So with each breath you take and each exhale that you make,
Know that you are creating the life that you deserve to lead.
Your breath now moves you forward and toward opportunities and experiences and people who are on your frequency,
Who are meant to be on your path and share the air with you.
So continuing to breathe a couple more times,
Looking forward to this bright new day,
Feeling confident that you have your breath and that your breath has you and that you are always moving forward.
So in a moment I'm going to count from zero to five and at five is your invitation to open your eyes as if your eyes could breathe for themselves,
Seeing everything more clearly,
Everything with a fresh pair of eyes and feeling so new,
So refreshed,
So peaceful,
Calm and clear.
So at one,
Breathing in,
Two,
Continuing to exhale,
Three,
Wiggling the fingers and toes,
Circulating that blood in the body,
Four,
Feeling tingly,
A little smile forming on your face and five,
Fluttering the eyelids up and awake now.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Eyes open,
Wide awake,
Coming to ready to move forward and succeed with every breath you take.
