I'd like you to start by coming into a comfortable seated position and when you're ready,

Gently closing your eyes.

We're going to take just a couple minutes here to check in with ourselves.

Let's start by taking three deep inhales in through the nose,

Expanding those lungs,

Filling that belly,

Holding here at the top for just two seconds.

And as you exhale,

Let it out with a sigh.

Few more times through.

Big inhale through the nose,

Filling those lungs,

Holding for one and two and let it out with a sigh.

And last time through in your deepest breath of the day,

In through the nose,

Holding here at the top and let it all out,

Releasing with a sigh.

And I'd like you to bring your right hand over your heart space,

Your left hand rest gently underneath,

Gifting yourself this moment of tender touch,

Shifting your attention to this energetic exchange between your heart space and the palms of your hands.

And I'd like you to whisper aloud,

Thank you,

Body.

Taking notice of what comes up for you as you honor yourself aloud.

Thanking your body for keeping you safe.

Thanking your body for keeping you healthy.

Thanking your body for giving you this gift of breath,

Connectedness.

And whenever you feel those thoughts of uncertainty,

Any thoughts of anxiousness,

Worry,

Fear,

Fear of the unknowing,

Come back to this breath.

Come back to this body,

Dear one.

Come back to this place of home,

This feeling of safety,

This feeling of love.

Stay here as long as you need or gently flutter your eyes open.

Come home.
