Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw unclench.
You are here and you are safe.
These next few moments are just for you to come home to your strength,
To remember who you truly are.

I am safe in my body.
This craving is temporary.
It will pass.

Every breath I take grounds me in calm.
I choose clarity,
Peace and freedom.
Alcohol is not the answer.
